Hotel facilities are excellent. We spent two nights on Labor Day weekend. Service could be improved. The personnel is young and unappreciative. The service is decent but somewhat better. When I had a dinner in the restaurant, I once encountered a situation. The terminal fell out of my hands as I signed a digital signature on a mobile credit card terminal. The terminal's plastic cover was damaged. A second time, the server inquired whether it was the server's fault or mine. I claimed it was my own fault. When they politely if I would be willing to cover the cost of replacing the plastic cover, I replied yes. I didn't want the server to have to pay for it. However, the total cost was 180 pesos. It would have been nice if the hotel had not charged us for that given the amount we spent between the room and food and drinks. It was an accident, and these minor costs sometimes are a part of running a business. It made us feel a little bitter. The problem was one that I took the blame and was glad to pay, but it was dropped out of my hands. Just a suggestion for the hotel if they are interested.

This is a beautiful property with an ideal location and design. The front desk staff Fernando went above and beyond. This hotel is recommended. The architecture and design are magnificent. We will always return for trips that are reasonably priced. Please also enjoy your hospitality.

I ordered cochinita civil, bone marrow, guacamole with chapulines, lime soup, and chocolate mouse. The meal was delicious, and the service was excellent. Very polite and helpful. We weren't able to sit on their roof due to rain, but we enjoyed dining in front of their lovely garden with chirping birds. Many thanks to their manager christian and chef alexandra.

This place needs no explanation. The service at the restaurant was really good. They serve yummy appetizers and desserts. The atmosphere was peaceful. The hosts are warm and friendly. The experience was amazing. I will definitely return! We will definitely come back here shortly.

We had the best experience when we traveled with family and went to value! Although I wasn't quite sure what to anticipate, cinco rodavento exceeded our expectations! Everything was wonderful. The accommodations were spotless and roomy, the food and beverages were delectable, and the service was always impeccable. We were traveling in a group of 8, and the staff was always accommodating. The hotel is beautiful and modern! We enjoyed our trip to value and had the best time at Cinco!.
