The hotel and facilities are excellent, and there are plenty of day and evening activities for both adults and kids. The room and pool facilities are also spotless, and if you want to come, they provide day service. The staff is ready to help you and your family.

I will visit him again in the future. At sea coral turquoise, we had an excellent time. We want to sincerely thank Jose Issa Cen for his excellent hospitality. He was always available for us when we required him. When we arrived in April of 2022, he of course knew us. Many thanks for your hard work and friendliness to others.

They provide a poolside chair, but the towels were waiting for us, and even when he didn't remember us the next day, they immediately found us from across the pool from the adults only one. The employees here were very kind and attentive.

The customer service here was fantastic as the service provided by Jose luis cen was very good, even if we need pool chairs, a small table, and anything else we could think of, they provide a big smile and if we need anything, the friendliness was good, and if we ask for anything, he can't ask.

Overall, we won't return and those who have given favorable reviews must never have stayed with a five-star hotel. After just ten days, we've just returned. We spent the entire time there as a couple, with our baby at 23 months of age. First and foremost, this motel was promoted as family friendly and five-star. This is more closely a three-star hotel than five. The rest of the motel and the room were antiquated. The burgers at the public pool poisoned my partner and me, so be careful. We had to remain in a room for two days. Because of the limited and repetitive menus at the buffet, it was quite challenging to make a reservation at any of the eateries. The app they instruct you to use is unjustifiable. The Japanese restaurant is fine, the chefs offer a great show, but the food is subpar. The American eatery was good food but had very slow service because there was only one chef when we went. Again, drink was difficult, and some were impossible. The only positive aspect of this place is the staff, which is the reason we gave a higher score than we had had. We had a room connected to another and we could hear our neighbors partying at the a.m., etc. A couch was placed up against the entryway connecting the rooms.
