The room was clean. It had hanging space and shelves. A long unit to put things in or on top of and a kettle. The bathroom and shower were fine. We occasionally had no water but we rang Reception who promptly sorted it out. We had a few issues with the air conditioning and the Manager sorted this out as quickly as possible. The swimming pool and bar area was very nice and the staff friendly. The Receptionists were always helpful in any way. It is a quiet property and very secure. The food we had was very good and the staff sometimes heated food up for us that we had brought in. The security guys were very friendly and always on hand to assist you. It is an ideal place for couples who want to get away from the hectic world. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our break one of peace and enjoyment.

I stayed at Flora Suites for a week with my fiance and his best friend, and it was a wonderful first time experience. I would admit the place could do with a little modern day upgrades but other than that it was always very clean. It is a safe and secure environment, just 12 minutes away from the airport and just walking distance from the mall and market. Let me tell you about the food, I enjoyed every one of their meals that I ate, the food was well seasoned. My compliments to the chefs. My favorite was the pepper soup with fish and yam. The owner is down to earth and will and available to fix any problem you might have. The staff was friendly but professional. All in All I would most definitely be visiting with Flora Suites anytime I'm in Lagos again. I recommend that if you want a reasonable home away from home settings, visit Flora Suites.

I had a pleasant stay at Floral Suites Hotel on Monday. The environment was clean, calm, and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it a relaxing experience. The staff were polite and responsive, which made my stay even better. It was a short stay, but definitely a good one.

The hotel was okay and that's it! They how ever do not accept any online booking or paid room booking. I had to pay for my room again at arrival as they refused the paid booking from hotels.com. So if you book? Be ready to make payment at property and not online. Overall okay service. Good location and clean too. I would consider visiting again.

Firstly, my check in time was 12pm in the afternoon I got there around 6pm and yet I was told that my room is no more available, the staff made me book a ride to another hotel costing me 8k , mind you he jumped inside the uber with me to the new hotel . After getting to the hotel he came back telling me we should go back to the hotel cos now he has available room .on getting back to the hotel I was left at the reception for over 45 min …. Finally I got a dirty room 😂 fast forward to 12 am ac stopped working 🙄 I called for them to fix it, to my biggest surprise I was offered a fan till the next day …. Rooms are so dirty and needed renovations

I made the reservation online same day, but I didn’t get there until midnight, first the security personnel was rude and nonchalant. I was at the door and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. The room was so unkept. The AC was so loud that I had to switch it off. I do not recommend.
