Upon arrival staff were very friendly, curtious. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was actually very good… unfortunately I didn’t go out to shops but my husband did and he was on foot, so they must have been close by. All in all when I return to Nigeria I would book the same hotel. Pool area was really nice and well kept also. Staff always went above and beyond.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was only for one night as I needed to travel the next day. I like that it’s close to the airport and is in a gated neighborhood for added security. I really loved how spacious the bathroom was. Walls were a bit thin so I was woken up from my nap. I ordered room service first time it arrived quickly and the second time I had to call multiple times for my food turns out there was an event but the food was great. Overall I would stay here again check in was slow but other than that it was great stay.

The room was always clean thanks to the housekeepers, I never used the pool for once the location is not too good for me. The breakfast was just like they are praying you shouldn’t place an order because it’s free, my last day I ordered breakfast, was given option of Bread n omelette or stir fry Spaghetti, I opted for the stir fry spaghetti, an hour later when I didn’t see anything I called the kitchen, they said it has finished and am only left with the bread and Omelette and I don’t eat bread. I told them I don’t eat bread, they never did anything about it, no empathy. So many flaws from the kitchen service they need to fix up, standard is below par.

This property was NOT like it looks on the internet. There were bugs crawling on the pillow that I had to swat away, I saw a roach on the second day I was there, and the 4th day a roach was in my plate of food. I told the staff, but they looked like that was not a surprise, and nothing was done about it. The staff was friendly, but the place needed more upkeep. I really would like some of my money back, for my inconvenience and I could not use my phone, because it did not work there, to move from the hotel to go to another hotel.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Preskem hotel for a night, and I must say, it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience. Despite booking a Presidential Room, I was shocked to discover that I had been relegated to a lesser room in a different annex of the hotel. The room itself was a far cry from the luxurious accommodations I had seen on the internet. The environment in the annex was dirty and unkempt, with visible stains on the floor and dust accumulating in every corner. The intercom in the room was not working, which made it difficult to communicate with the hotel staff. What's even more appalling is that the hotel management didn't even bother to compensate me for their mistakes. No apology, no offer to upgrade or provide a discount - nothing. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at [Hotel Preskem. Needless to say, I would not recommend Preskem to anyone. The hotel's failure to deliver on its promises and its lack of concern for customer satisfaction make it a subpar choice for travelers. Rating Breakdown: - Cleanliness: 1/5 - Comfort: 2/5 - Service: 1/5 - Value: 1/5 Will I return? Unfortunately, no.
