The room condition is very nice, especially for the tiny hotel with good location. And then the breakfast was very good. Then, the staff was very hospitable, but they had not met my request, especially with the guy that was driving by.

I think this is the best hotel in Cisco. The location is very strategic, close to the main historical place of Cisco. Beautiful people who are very welcoming and have good restaurants around. Very satisfying. My stay was very enjoyable. Try it.

The hotel's location is great, and the rooms are tastefully designed. The hotel is nearby the Luz and the jury went above and beyond and were very understanding of the guest I was travelling with. The breakfast is also delicious.

I enjoyed this property. It is centrally located and within walking distance of everything I needed or wanted. Also, the nearby organic restaurant is a short distance away and delicious. The design is very welcoming. The only reason I dropped from 5 to 4 was because the internet was sporadic during the last half of my stay. Management claimed it was throughout the city, but wherever I went for coffee and food, the internet was working fine elsewhere in the area, so I'm not sure if they had a different service than the other properties. Also, I asked for 2 wake up calls but they never came. My phone worked fine but my wake up was in the middle of the night, so I wanted to have a back up. I do not believe a guest should be able to wake up at least 230 or 300 am. I. It says they have 24 hour front desk, but I'm not sure if they are actively working or just on the premises and possibly sleeping. This wouldn't deter me from staying her again. The property is in a very nice location and is very clean. I would gladly stay here again. If the internet worked and wakeup calls came through, I would have given this property a great rating. Bow, I loved Cisco and Peru. This was the ideal ending to a month-long journey, and I enjoyed being here.

This is a great hotel in Cisco near the Plaza de Espana. The breakfast was delicious and if you want breakfast early in the morning, they provide a box breakfast. The room was quiet, clean, and beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly, and I would highly recommend this hotel to you who are planning an early tour.
