Nice quiet place to stay. The room was great and cleaned daily. The best part was the bar at the top where you could watch the sunset, play pool and chat to the lovely barman. He did a great job with the bar.

I am very satisfied with this hostel. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. It's only one block from the central square, and the facilities are fantastic. But the most worrying thing I want to mention is my suitcase broke. I booked another hostel, but it wasn't that good so I discovered mango and while carrying our luggage here one of the wheels broke off my suitcase. I asked the desk clerk who it turned out to be the owner if they had some tools I could borrow and to try and fix it before replacing it. He not only lent me tools but also came to assist me with the repair and insisted on going off himself to get some bolts. And he didn't charge me either. I have ever had a wonderful and amazing example of customer service! So let me continue with the jolly guesthouse. Fully clean rooms private bathrooms with a hot shower free breakfast in a nice atmosphere large lounge with to and Netflix roof sun terrace with lounges, hammocks, chairs and pool table Cold beer, coffee, and other drinks on site at low prices live up to the khr reception desk that speaks English excellent security you need to be rushed in by the desk the best and safest luggage storage weve ever encountered. I could continue

The employees are very friendly. They have bottled water and sodas available for sale, which is a plus! If I visit Arequipa again, I'll stay here. This hostel is in a prime position, just one block from the main square. The hostel's coffee shop is outstanding. The owner, Tomas, bakes sandwiches' bread, delicious banana bread, and yogurt. The roof is really cool, and you can watch Arequipa's breathtaking sunsets. The rooms are simple, but clean, and have hot water!

We paid twice the price promised on our online reservation. When we arrived at the hostel, we showed them our online reservation with the confirmed price in Spanish and English, but they still refused and demanded more money. We also booked a bed dorm room online, but ended up staying in a bed dorm. Regarding the staff, the help we received was very mixed. The first person we met was so kind and she tried her best to help with everything from booking site to suggestions around the city. But another person just rolled his eyes and sneered at us. After we got home, we tried contacting both hostels and booking website hotels. Com for a refund. We haven't heard from the hostel yet?, but according to hotels. Com they have been in touch with them. According to them, the hostel states that we were never there even though we have a receipt from the hostel, and that we have paid too much in cash signed by the receptionist. They also advised us to contact our bank because they have had problems with card payments from this hostel before. The hostel facilities are adequate, but I wouldn't recommend booking based on the problems with changing prices.
