1. Early check-in and late check-out can be granted with no extra charges upon availability.
2. Cooking is allowed, and we provide a fully equipped kitchen. Please observe CLAYGO. This is your home away from home, so keep it clean all the time.
3. This is a self-serviced apartment, and cleaning materials/tools are provided. Garbage must be placed in the receptacle bin. Once full, please throw your garbage at the designated area outside the apartment.
4. Always lock your door when leaving. Double-lock the doors before going to sleep. We will not be liable for any loss of your personal belongings.
5. Alcoholic beverage drinking is allowed, but avoid disruptive behavior.
6. No smoking inside the unit. You can smoke on the balcony. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtray provided in the designated area.
7. Please help conserve and save water and electricity at all times. We urge our guests to turn off air-cons, lights, and television whenever you go out of the room. Make sure water faucets are turned off when not in use.
8. Guests shall pay replacement costs due to abuse, negligence, or deliberate damages to house properties, including losing room keys.
9. FREE Parking is provided for guests. All vehicles must be parked properly and should be locked before leaving. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your vehicles.
10. Upon checkout, please endorse the key to the host and allow us a few minutes for quick inventory before leaving.
