This place was my final stop in borocay and recommended to my friends. On my final day in borocay, I had to change hotels and stayed with a companion at the borocay joint. Coming from the main road at first it was challenging for me, but once I was in station 2, it was simply very accessible. I had to traverse several alleyways that sunk to get to the beachfront where they were closest, and that wasnt a pleasant experience. Small but charming hotel. The room interior is nice. The staff was helpful, even helping me at 430 a.m. to get to my pickup in town. Wifi was only accessible in the lobby, but it was fast. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a functioning hot shower, and everything was wellkept theyre a brandnew apartment.

We booked a room for three days. It's perfect if youre on a budget. They just have no breakfast ideas. The first day we had cheese, egg, rice, greeting, and day RPS ham, egg, rice, and coffee grd day red hotdog, egg rice, and coffee where the eggs have so much fried ants but you simply cant complain their hotel is clean, kinda hot lang in the lobby because the ac isn't on. Water is hot media marina lang sa shower. Aircorn is good, there is a fan as well. Flatscreen to pleasant din ang mga staff nila, 247 may tao sa lobby nila. Near the beach. Tahiti na neighborhood. Lighted aman sa damn pay gabi.

The hotel appears to be an abandoned hotel, no manager is in this one. Borcay is a better location, for example the Calypso dive center. Even though the room is good, there is nothing in the room for clothes, and the shower water is very slow. The room was tidy. The breakfast was very poor, with no test for eggs, only one bread that was not fresh, I had my breakfast outside. It depends on the location. The staff did everything they could to give excellent service, but when you are not well unable to drive, it is not possible to provide exceptional service.

The hotel is in the center of the city close to all the convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. The hotel's staff is very welcoming and helpful. The room is big. Wifi is available weekly in the room. There is no elevator. No breakfast. You can dry wet clothes on the top floor. Really a good value. I will stay here again if I am traveling with a group.

We spent three days and two nights here with my friends. As per the front desk, the hotel is a little new after a year of operation. Both the space and the room were spotless. However, the free breakfast disappointed us because they said we could eat it at 730 am but they delivered it at around 9 in the morning. Even if the front desk does not remain open during breakfast time, the personnel is very helpful. However, we had a great time there. The beach is only a short stroll away at this fantastic boutique motel.

The room is clean, good and the owner and staff are very accommodating. We had great time there in boracay. The two nights of staying here were okay with this price and location. Their location is a bit hard to find at first but when you found it , it was good location to go to beach just by walk in 1 min. However, we were a bit surprised with no cleaning room service or we mis-understood with somthing, there was no cleaning room or changing towels after the first day there. Second was the blackout during the time (by government annocement),so I guess that shouldn't be counted on them. I have to say becuz of that we had a very poor wifi experience. All in all the staffs are really well-trained and friendly to us start from the first moment until we left there.

Our room was on the 4th floor. No elevator, so that was a climb for a family member with asthma. Also, the hotel has no generator so if there is a power outage, which is common in the Philippines, then you’ll be sleeping with no aircon or fan. The water pressure on the 4th floor is very low, so you’ll definitely take time showering :-). Location is close to the D Mall, about 5 minutes walk.
