Owner of this place is really nice and friendly! The minus of this place is far away from the beach but you can rent the motorcycle or wait for the tricycle. Air conditiong works pretty well too. It feels so homie to me.

We had breakfast here twice. They serve many different kinds of breakfast. I recommend breakfast with french toast. It was delicious. However, the free coffee that is served with breakfast is instant coffee. And free juice also made as a powder. Youd better order new one with payment if you want fresh. Overall, the food was good and at a reasonable price.

We only stayed at Neptune for the convenience of staying because we had dives booked with them. We had originally reserved at a far less expensive nearby hotel that had comparable facilities, but moved our accommodation here because they promised to secure our dives with them. Unfortunately, checking wasnt the most convenient as the ladies at the front desk seemed more interested in talking to one another than helping visitors check in. They had no record of our night dive we had regenerated and instructed us to check back in a few hours. They did not answer any of the essential questions about the dives, like which dive sites. Our toilet was blocked all of our stay and even when reported to staff, the toilet was repaired but still didn't flush properly so we had to use the outside toilet at the dive school for the duration. It was also incredibly noisy from the street, with very loud music coming from nearby bars late at night when we tried to sleep. There were excellent restaurants and drinking nearby. Luckily we only stayed one night, and having that said, the convenience and great diving still made it worthwhile. The divemasters at Neptune are among the greatest Ive ever dived with. Johnny took us on our first nighttime dives, 2 boat dives and the sardine run. He was a fantastic and attentive guideinstructor, and was very patient and reassuring when I had a buoy

The location is great, it's around 5 minutes by scooter to the main area, restaurants, etc, but far enough for a good nights sleep. We hired a scooter through bananas and went to Inambakan Falls, osama Peak, and Wasan Falls. We did not make a tour for these, we just hired a guide. When we got there, we had dinner at vent kitchen and mayan, both of which were very good and not far from the hotel great hosts.

We traveled from the city for nearly 3 hours by private vehicles because it was easier that way. We used the rps, but it wasn't useful at all. Instead, it took us to the wrong place. We looked around, but the neighbors in the vicinity don't know the location. Going there, its secluded, rocky, and narrow roads. It is gated, pretty new, and needs a lot of improvement. Staff didn't wear uniforms, making it difficult to reach out for assistance. When we arrived, the parking lot was not ready and full of trash. Good thing there is a landscape to stand in while waiting for the rooms ready. Its a mangrove area with no beach. There are two pools available for children and adults. Despite hours of waiting for the room to be ready, the amenities haven't been configured yet, there are no towels, soap, and the floors have been left. No, and the aircon is annoyingly noisy. It was almost 5 a.m. There are no proper trash bins, instead, they use plastic bags for trash. It's great that we were allowed to cook our meals and had a good time at the reception area. The beach's expectations are the biggest letdown, but none. So, we went outside to look for a beach that is well-known

We keep extending because we love this place. We have a private double which is a bit larger than we thought it would be. The papplication shows it to be very small. Maybe it depends on which room you choose. The staff here are lovely! They help you with anything you ask. The air conditioning is a bit loud but strong which is important. Wifi is excellent. Breakfast is small and simple. My only suggestion would be to add some fruit in. The club sandwich is really good and cheap! The location is great right by the beach. There is a station to refill water which is great for us and the environment. They will clean the room if you leave the sign on the door. I find some places you really need to ask. Great budget place to stay!.

I definitely recommend this place to stay if you are searching for a comfortable and clean hotel. The cleanliness of this hostel is very good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is close to the center and the noise is very very far away.

The best, cleanest, most affordable accommodation I've ever stayed in. The room is quiet and near to the sea. Bed is comfortable and relaxing. They have complimentary breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. We are going to stay at Moalboal in the west.

Neptune has a good service, clean rooms, good restaurant with great curry and a well organized dive center. Offers 3 dives a day to different dive sites. Centre is just a short distance from their boat. Coffee, tea and water are free for 24 hours.

They served me with a very nice service, especially for the manager who was really helpful and always help me with anything. They also have a bar which will open right away. And then, the room condition was very clean with a hot and cold shower. After that, the breakfast here was very good. Subsequently, the location of this place was very good, especially considering the location, there is a location with a super small size, and you can use a motorbike and explore the city in 24 hours.

We had a long and tiring trip to Malboul, but we're happy with our stay with is. Lolita during our check-in. She was kind and was able to assist us with our needs. Our family enjoyed the Malboul beach and the time we spent together at the hotel. Is. Kat at breakfast was smiley and tasty too. Thank you Je for a happy one night's stay.

This place is in a rocky, secluded, and narrow road. I was able to cook, and the reception area was a nice place to stay. We drove approximately three hours by private car as it was quicker. We used the rps, however, it was not at all useful. In addition, it led us to the incorrect location. We asked around, but the nearby residents were unsure of where to look. It requires a lot of improvement, is gated, and appears to be fresh. It is gated and fairly new. It is difficult to reach out for assistance because the personnel was not wearing uniforms. When we got there, the parking lots were not fully used and littered. It's good that there is a landscaping to relax in while the rooms are prepared. Its a mangrove environment with no beach at all. There are two pools for children and adults. The facilities aren't functional yet, there are no towels or soap, and the floors have been trashed. The aircon is irritatingly noisy, and no to. It was almost 5 a. M. There are no appropriate trash cans, instead, they utilize plastic bags for trash. It's a good thing we were able to cook our meals and spend quality time there. The biggest deficiency is the beach's hopes, but none. So, we went out

Our trip to Malboal was long and tiring, but we are happy with the service we received from is. Lolita during our check-in. She was friendly and able to assist us with our needs. Our family enjoyed the Malboal beach and the time we spent at the hotel together. Is. Kat was smiling and good too at breakfast. Thank you for a wonderful one-night stay.

Stayed in a private double room with a bathroom. The room was clean and everything worked including the air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. They also rent snorkels and masks cheaper than dive shops. I hired a garbage mask from a dive shop so the next day I rented one from here and it was so much better.

Excellent place to stay in Moalboal. The staff was really helpful and helpful, and I really appreciate that. It's not too far from the city and you can easily walk to restaurants. The rooms were very clean, and I don't have anything to complain about. Breakfast was also excellent! We all went out to dinner together every night in the hostel environment.

This hostel has become the best location to stay in Moalboal thanks to Simon and Jerome. They were always nice to talk to, provided excellent advice to our endless questions, and solved any issue, including whether we needed a driver or beer at dawn. The hostel is located in a more peaceful area, only a 510-minute walk from the main strip, it is clean, has good air conditioning, and has great facilities. They also provide information on trips, ferry trips, etc..

The hotel has a nice, spotless hotel with plenty of room. We were treated to nice service from the receptionist. The only drawback is the nearby chili bar, there is music every minute until 02:03 in the morning, so we want to wear earplugs. The restaurant that is served here is also good.
