Lost Ticket shall be charged Php300.00

Pool access is from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The swimming pool may be used by the authorized guest(s) provided they pay the corresponding fees (Php50.00 for the first 3 guests and Php100.00 for the next). Posted Swimming pool rules and regulations shall be strictly followed by all authorized guests.But for now Gilmore Management did not collected any fee.Just incase

Take note:
You will be asked by the host to accomplish a tenant information sheet and submit copy of your ID prior to your check-in as this will need to submitted to condominium management. Failure to send the said requirements will result in cancellation following your cancellation policy.

Dishes must be done before checkout.

Lost access card - Php500.00
Lost keys - Php500.00

Please understand that the management is only providing a limited number of access cards per unit. Please take good care of the keys and access card as it will be your access to Amenities like pool etc.

Due to the pandemic, we highly advise our guests to bring their own towels as much as possible for hygiene purposes. We don't provide towels

The building is a no-smoking zone in any area within the premises. The violator will be asked to pay the Php5,000.00 penalty fee.

If the number of guests is more than what is booked, a violation fee of Php5,000.00 will be asked and possible cancellation will happen and a refund is based on the cancellation fee.

Please turn off the AC when not in use.

* Leaving AC open - Php1,000.00
* Leaving Door open - Php500.00
* Leaving lights open - Php500.00
* Leaving the refrigerator open- Php500.00
* Facemask must be thrown properly for our staff safety - Php500.00 for avoiding this policy
* Tissue must be thrown properly, putting tissue on the toilet bowl - Php500.00

Do not use powdered detergent on the washing machine, it only accepts liquid detergent. Any proof that you did not use liquid detergent will cause you Php500.00 as it may cause a serious problem on the machine.

We have this policy as this is our 2nd home and for our safety during this pandemic. We do not consent any Party of Gathering on the unit. Be mindful of the things you will do to the listing as it may cause you some penalty fees.

Close and secure the door if you will leave the room. Leaving the Unit. Leaving the unit unlocked is a serious violation and will be asked for Php.1,000 for the penalty fee and any loss items on the unit .

we do not have netflix , we offer HDMOVIES from MXQpro

By booking the reservation you accepted all house rules set by the host.

pool is open but you need to schedule your swimming time.

NOTE:Swimming pool users avoid drenched  water entering elevators/hallways.(Penalties for Violation Php 2,000)

Gilmore Management House Rules
1. Minimum health protocol must be observed at all times. Face mask, physical distancing, etc.
2. No parties, events or overcrowding allowed inside the unit, guests may rent our function rooms located at
the 4th floor for these activities, you may contact Building Admin for inquiries and rates.
3. Building admin shall be charging a Location Fee for any photo/video shoot for any event, please coordinate
with the Admin for the rates.
4. Please follow swimming pool and gym safety rules, amenity users who will not follow posted rules will be
asked to leave the area.
5. No smoking allowed inside the units and anywhere in the establishment.
6. Please respect the noise curfew (10:00PM to 7:00AM). No shouting/gathering in the hallways.
7. We highly encourage contact-less and fast transactions at the lobby area so as to maintain physical
distancing.
8. No items or trash must be left outside the units or thrown outside the windows.
9. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
10. Building Admin shall impose penalties for verified violations of the house rules and regulation depending on the gravity of the offense.
