Allergy-Friendly EnvironmentFor the comfort of all our guests, especially those with sensitivities, we maintain a no-pets policy.
Bed Type & Window AvailabilityBed types are fixed for each room category and are assigned based on availability, where applicable. The Single Room includes one single bed only. The Standard Twin Room comes with two single beds. The Deluxe Room offers either one king bed or two single beds, depending on availability at check-in.While we do our best to accommodate preferences, specific bed setups in the Deluxe Room cannot be guaranteed in advance. Additionally, window availability varies by room and is strictly subject to availability upon check-in. While we’ll do our best, we’re unable to guarantee a window or non-window room in advance.
Check-in is after 2:00 PM and Check-out is before 12:00 noon
Keycard accessEach room is issued one keycard for security purposes. Should you require an additional keycard, a refundable deposit of ₱1,000 will apply. All deposits will be fully refunded upon return of the keycards and completion of a room inspection.
Modern CommunicationWe’ve moved away from traditional in-room phones and now use messaging apps for faster, more convenient guest support. We have Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, WeChat and Messenger for your convenience.
Noise AdvisoryThe Party Club on the 2nd floor will reopen on May 30, 2025, and operate every Thursday to Sunday evening. While many guests enjoy the vibrant energy, please note that some noise and vibrations may be noticeable. Under normal conditions, sound levels average around 53 dB on the 5th floor, 49 dB on the 6th, and 44 dB on the 7th and 8th. We also have a daily Karaoke area that produces significantly less noise. If you require a very quiet environment for sleep, this property may not be suitable—please consider this before booking.
ParkingComplimentary parking is available for all guests. Please be advised that the parking ramp is steep and may not be suitable for smaller vehicles. The parking area is located in the adjacent building and does not have direct elevator access.
Security DepositA ₱1,000 cash deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out after a room check.
Visitor PolicyFor everyone’s safety, all visitors must leave a valid ID at the front desk. It will be returned upon check-out or exit.
