Drinking of liquor and smoking near or outside the house/premises even in the verandah is strictly prohibited

No cooking. However, microwave reheating of food is allowed.

Please conserve water and energy and stick with THE GOLDEN RULE. What goes around, comes around.

Small dogs and service dogs are welcome, however we strictly impose wearing of diapers ALL THE TIME especially when inside the room to avoid unnecessary extra cleaning charges.
To maintain our very low rate despite the electricity price increases, we appreciate guests who will turn off lights and AC when not in use. Treat this unit as if it is your own and avoid damages and fast deterioration of the property.
