Announcement

- Condo Admin requires Government-issued IDs upon check-in, it will be returned when you check-out.
- Only registered guests may enter the unit. This is part of the safety measures of the building. NO VISITORS ALLOWED.
- Strictly NO SMOKING in all parts of the unit, a penalty of Php 5000.00 if violated.
- Let us know the approximate time of check-in and out. Late check-in and check-out can be accomodated upon requests placed at least 24 hours in advance and subject to availability.
- No designated parking space. Public parking spaces are available outside the vicinity. Guest/s may opt for paid parking but subject to availability
- Children 12 yo and below is free of charge.
- For check-out, please drop it in the designated lockbox
- Loss of key is subject to replacement fee of Php 3000.00
- Toilet has no keys, please be cautious not to lock the door if no one is inside
- Please dispose your trash properly. Trash bins and garbage bag are provided in the unit. Do not leave your garbage in the hallway, violation fee will be shouldered by the guest, there's CCTV in the hallway
- Charges applies to usage of amenities (pool, gym)
- Strictly NO PETS and PARTIES allowed.
- Please observe quiet time after 10:00 PM
- Please use the exhaust fan when cooking
- Guest/s will be charged for any damage, breakage or pilferage
- No hanging of clothing in the window, violation fee will be charged
- Please switch off all applicances when you leave the place
- Clean linens and towels are provided, please do not use the towels for cleaning.
