Very nice clean room, bed was comfortable. We had a nice room with a view. Breakfast was good quality but not to our taste, great if you like salad and cake. Good location, trams and buses right outside. A bolt taxi to the airport was just under £10

Check in was so quick. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was a lot better than American hotel breakfast. Bus stop infront of the hotel. In would have been a perfect location if there’s a grocery/convinience store near by. Highly recommended!

B&B Centrum is an excellent place to stay when visiting Krakow Old Town. All the staff where first class they couldn't do enough for you. We were there for 3 days and 2 nights and there were different reception staff on each occasion, but all were excellent. Was a small selection of items to purchase if needed, IE water, snacks, sweets. Their breakfast is first class, the selection would suit all tastes from hot food to cold. There was always ample amount of choice plus they always restocked. Highly recommend the breakfast. One of the best from our many stays in Europe. The location is also excellent to visit the many sites, which can easily be done on foot. Transport is convenient with buses and trams, which are right outside the hotel. A cafe is just across the road too.

Very convenient for the bus stop to the airport and attractions along the Vistula, including the Ferris Wheel and tethered Balloon. A short and inexpensive tram ride to the old city and Station. Beds were comfortable and spacious, the staff were efficient and friendly. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel which we used as a family of three for a long weekend.

Room was very clean, bed was comfy and staff were nice and efficient. As i arrived late after a long day and i wanted to rest, i was checked jn quickly given my room key and that was excellent. The brekafast served in the morning was awesome, fruit, pastries, yoghurt, juice, coffee and lots more. Location was good, there is a tram stop out the front and other forms of transport are close walking distance. Very good hotel overall, shame i only stayed for one night

Hotel VERY convenient for public transport from the airport and easy to locate by foot. Pleasant walk across the river from the city centre (trams and buses also serve). Staff pleasant and welcoming. Room and communal areas clean and well maintained. Hotel sells a small selection of groceries but there is a convenience store located next to the hotel too!
