IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RESERVATIONS AND STAYVAT InvoicesDue to changes in tax regulations, please note that invoice details, including the VAT ID (NIP), must be provided before payment is made. Once a fiscal receipt has been issued without a VAT ID, it will not be possible to issue an invoice.If you require an invoice, please provide the full invoice details: company name, address and VAT ID (NIP) when making your reservation or, at the latest, before making the payment.Identification Document at Check-inAll guests are required to present a valid photo identification document at check-in, such as a passport, national ID card or travel document.Due to Gdańsk's location in a border area, a driving licence or residence card is not accepted as a valid identification document for check-in purposes.The document is necessary to complete the check-in procedure and fulfil guest registration requirements.Reservations for 4 or More GuestsFor reservations for 4 or more guests, different booking conditions apply. These may include a non-refundable advance payment and the requirement to confirm the booking details with reception in advance.Additional charges may also apply.Failure to contact the property in advance may result in cancellation of the reservation.Children in Dormitory RoomsFor safety reasons and the comfort of other guests, children cannot be accommodated in dormitory rooms.PetsPets are accepted only in private rooms, by prior arrangement with the property and free of charge.Additional Fees:City tax: 3.46 PLN per person per night – cash only.Bicycle storage: 20.00 PLN / 5.00 EUR per day.Check-in after 00:00: an additional fee of 10.00 PLN.Luggage StorageWe do not provide luggage storage. Luggage storage is available from an external company for an additional fee.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Guests are required to show
