My overall experience with this place exceeded my expectations. We chose a large apartment for our four-person family, and we were more comfortable there. The apartment number 24, on the top floor, where we were staying, was simply ideal, with bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, two bathrooms, a breathtaking view, a kitchen with all the amenities you could possibly need, pots, pans, a microwave, etc., and was quite clean. The only drawback was the internet connection. We appreciated the assistance of the employees, who repeatedly restarted the router, but at the end, we were able to use our phone as a hotspot because the hotel wifi connection went down every five minutes. Breakfast is quite diverse at the restaurant, and a buffet is available while hot drinks are delivered at the table. Nothing was outstanding, though it is unfortunate that a real coffee machine is absent in an excellent structure like this. I would also suggest adding croissants to the breakfast buffet. Lunch was also tasty and delicious. The pool area is beautiful, with heated changing rooms, three types of sauna inside, three great swimming pools one small for children, another very large, and one in Olympic style. There is also another outside pool closed, the hotel structure is very elegant and luxurious, and there are tennis courts outside. The staff is extremely helpful, and we were impressed by their heartfelt sympathy and kindness.

The staff was very accommodating and attentive, especially to us. The hotel has a boutique feel, the spa area is so cool, and we even feel taken care of prior to our arrival. We are glad we come back. Excellent food, great service, exquisite interiors, and a very good service. The location is really close to the recreational area, so it's convenient to go swimming.

This hotel also has a restaurant in this hotel, but I was also pleasantly surprised by the rooms. The most impressive thing was the terrace with great views. The bed is large and comfortable, there is also a minibar and good service. This hotel is also a good choice for travelers with pets. Your pet will be as comfortable here as you are. I plan to come back again!

We recently finished a remarkable visit to the resort, where we stayed in a very contemporary and opulent room with a lake view for four nights. The apartment was where we stayed the week of the new year. We were two adults and two children, along with a small dog, and we were pleasantly pleased to see a complimentary dog blanket, toys, and water food bowls for our little companion. The hotel is very animal friendly, which is another positive. You can also take your dog to the restaurant, where he will be welcomed with a blanket and fresh water. The rooms are contemporary, with everything you need, including a coffee machine. Ours was right next to a huge terrace that stretched the entire floor. On the drawbacks, I questioned who designed the height of the toilet bowl, which is definitely too high. The restaurant serves a fair selection of foods, including a vegetarian menu. We tried the entire assortment of dishes during our visit, and we must say that the majority of it was world-standard. I believe everyone has a choice to select from. The hotel has to work on improving the wine list, which is its most significant drawback. There are around 2030 bottles on the list, but the list is very narrow, focusing on countries and regions like only one bordeaux, one riot, no south africa, etc. However, if you ask the manager

This hotel is modern and sleek. The Hotel has a superb spa facility including sauna, steam room, salt cave, huge vitality pool and indoor outdoor swimming pool. The culinary experiences at Szyszka restaurant are excellent. There is also a billiards room, reading room and a lovely bar where you may relax. Our room was lovely, spacious, clean with a big comfortable bed. We had a great stay and I hope to return someday. Lovely hotel in a lovely setting on a hill with a magnificent view. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating, and truly understood what customer service is all about.
