Alles top.

The Hotel was wonderful! The room was very well appointed, had everything we needed. It was beautifully furnished with high end finishings and attention to detail. The Breakfast was abundant and delicious and incredibly generous. The pool had an amazing view. The only issue with the pool was at the end of the day it got crowded and it was difficult to get a lounge chair. The best part of the hotel was the INCREDIBLE STAFF! They made every moment of our stay special. They remembered my note on my email about husbands birthday. They sent us a celebratory surprise the day of & made him feel like a superstar! After we left, I forgot a very important item in the room. They texted me before I even realized it! They arranged to ship it and I received it in 2 days time . Wow! That is the ultimate in customer service. Thank you Epic SANA Marquês for an unforgettable trip! Susan G.

Everything was spectacular from rooms amenities, staff , food. Only complaint I have was housekeeping. Numerous locations we called for clean towels and water, but never received it. Housekeeping did not speak English. Therefore we had to call housekeeping on the phone and then they would not bring the towels or the sheets for 5 to 6 hours after we had requested, even after complaining about this, it continued throughout the whole trip.

The room was really well equipped and very clean , mattress and pillows were very comfortable . Bar area was very good and the staff were excellent . Only slight issue was the pool area , which is very small and the bar service was a bit chaotic !

Beautiful property with lots of 5 star amenities like sauna, relaxation pool plus other quiet areas. Also has a rooftop pool if you want to socialize and have drinks. Very helpful and friendly staff as well. This hotel definitely knows what it means to provide a 5 star experience.

Exceptional service and quality of hotel. The room was well equipped and chocolates left on the bed daily. Lovely views across the city from the pool area however swimming was difficult as most guests just wanted to stand around in the water.

Our stay at EPIC SANA Marquês was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our trip to Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional..every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. A huge thank you to Karim, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Our room had stunning panoramic views of the city, and waking up to that skyline each morning was unforgettable. During Lisbon's heatwave, the rooftop pool was an absolute oasis with amazing views and the perfect place to cool off after exploring the city. One of the biggest surprises was the incredible sushi chef who visits on the first Friday of every month. It was honestly some of the best sushi we've ever had (even better than many places we visited in Japan) and it ended up being one of the most memorable meals of our entire trip. The lobby bar was also such a fun atmosphere during the FIFA matches. Great cocktails, lively energy, and a perfect place to unwind in the evenings. Beautiful rooms, outstanding food, incredible service, and thoughtful hospitality made this a hotel we'll never forget. We can't wait to come back to Lisbon, and when we do, we'll absolutely be staying at EPIC SANA Marquês again.

客房很乾淨，周邊交通非常方便，有十幾條公車線，還有捷運站。最重要還有一個很漂亮的大公園可以飯後散步，周邊的餐廳也非常多。
