We really enjoyed staying at the LX Arch Hotel during our trip to Lisbon. We were pleasantly greeted at reception with a small glass of wine and a mini Portuguese custard tart. It was a very warm welcome to Portugal! Our room wasn't big, but it was very cosy and clean and allowed for a great sleep in the evenings. The location of this hotel was AMAZING. It was right in the heart of many wonderful shops and restaurants and not far from the town square. We fell in love with a bakery/sandwich shop just a few doors down called PAUL, their food was delicious and we ate there on a few occasions. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in Lisbon.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was beautiful—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was definitely the amazing view from our balcony, which made our stay feel extra special. The location was also excellent—very central and convenient, with easy access to transit and many attractions nearby. It made getting around so easy. We had such a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Geweldige ligging om uitstappen te doen. Enorm behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Goeie bedden. Ondanks dat het hotel midden in de winkelstraat ligt, geen last van lawaai in de kamer. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader!

The location is the best in Lisbon. You step out the front door and you are right in the middle of the action, with restaurants and shops everywhere. You will have to survive the stairs up to the lobby, but the staff is beyond helpful and the rooms (though pretty small) are very nice. If I ever get back to Lisbon, this is where I will be staying.

The location of the property is unbeatable! The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The property is on a small building so rooms as very small, manageable but small. Because of the location and the staff I would stay here again! At the end of the day you only use the room to sleep!

Staff were amazing! Greeted us and carried our bags on arrival within seconds of walking through the door. We also loved the pastel de nata when checking in !! The room was always clean and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend more if sightseeing is your main priority on the trip as the hotel is well positioned in the centre of it all, we loved being able to a step out of the door into the heart of the city. With the noise cancellation in the rooms you wouldn’t know that you were on a busy street. We are a young couple who were on their first trip abroad alone and not once did we feel unsafe in the hotel. If returning to Lisbon we will be sure to book again.

Das LX Arch Hotel war eine der besten Erfahrungen, welche wir auf unseren Reisen gemacht haben. Schon bevor wir eintrafen, wurden wir kontaktiert, ob wir Unterstützung bei der Anreise ins Hotel benötigen würden. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, freundlich, lustig - aber nie aufdringlich oder unangemessen. Unser Zimmer selbst, sehr stylisch, nicht das typische immer gleiche Hotelambietente. Alles da, was man braucht, alles perfekt in Funktion und sauber. Betten super gut, wer eine extra Decke, ein extra Kissen braucht, es im Zimmer vorhanden. Genau wie ausreichend Handtücher, Extra kleine Kaffee Maschine. AUSPROBIEREN, sehr leckerer Kaffee. Die Lage. Zuerst kann einen diese Lage erschrecken. Mitten im lebendigem Herzen von Baixa. Restaurant an Restaurant, na ob das nicht zu laut ist? Klares Nein. Fenster zu und die Welt bleibt draußen. Wenn man durch die Tür auf die Straße tritt, es ist wie der Sprung in eine andere Welt. Es ist eben kein Landhotel. Von hier aus kommt man überall gut hin, egal ob zur Stadtrundfahrt, zum ÖPNV oder um portugiesische Küche zu erleben. Frühstück wird nicht direkt im Hotel angeboten, sondern im kleinem Restaurant neben an. Perfekt würden wir sagen. Auswahl ist gut, Kaffee wieder sehr lecker und wie fast überall, ein so freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, immer ein Lächeln und immer alles ohne Probleme. Wie oben sagten, es war ein wunderbares Erlebnis, wenn es passt werden wir es wiederholen.

Quaint boutique Hotel located on a very popular street with lots of shopping food and entertainment. The staff were extremely helpful with the itinerary we had as well as showing us where to eat how to take the train and where to catch the bus. even though it’s on a busy street our room was quiet and dark so as to give a good night sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay there again in the future.
