I've stayed here for 5 days. The rooms are spotless and quiet. Our house was on the first floor and had a view of the parking lot, but it didn't matter since we spent the majority of our time outside. The reception staff was very nice and helpful, especially when my boyfriend requested to iron his shirt at the last minute and they did it in 20 minutes! Breakfast offers a decent selection, the only downside is that some things end up in the middle and no one notices unless you ask. The hotel has a bar and a bistro next to the hotel where the food is traditional, well presented, and delicious. The hotel provides even space for large events, like our wedding here. It is close to the church and the city center. Quite good location. If I can pass through this lovely city, I will definitely choose it again.

The room is clean and the condition of the room is nice and warm, plus it was fresh. Plus, the service here is friendly. Also, the lady employee even allowed us to stay in the room after check out because we planned to leave a bit later.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The only thing I have to warn you is that not all rooms have air conditioning. Apart from that it's a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The food at the hotel is well prepared. I had chicken with cheese and cold berry soup. It was a very appetizing summer dinner.

Very central, easy to walk around. Breakfast was very good and more than enough. Standard, superior, and premium rooms. I chose superior as my main difference from standard which is air conditioning. It's clean and the staff is polite. This is a newly renovated hotel and should make some improvements there, but that's about right for a 1 or 2 day stay.

I was in this hotel till today, almost a year's distance. Things have improved compared to last year. Clean, friendly and well placed in odor heiu safe. Good breakfast with traditional transylvanian food. People are nice and friendly and are trying to serve you.
