This place is in a fantastic location, close to the subway stops, restaurants, and other major tourist attractions. And, there is something else. And then, the rooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed. After that, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was really helpful and nice. After that, the hotel's entrance is also quite small, so it would be better to get clear directions for arriving at the hotel without too much stress or sweating. Subsequently, the breakfast was also very good.

Excellent location near major attractions, restaurants, and metro stations. The staff was warm and accommodating, and the room was tidy and equipped with everything we needed. The hotel is indeed on a street that is not exactly located on Nevskiy Prospect, as I have previously said. It would be worth asking for more precise directions for arriving at the hotel to prevent unnecessary stress and sweating since the hotel entrance is also quite small.

Stayed here for a very comfortable overnight while visiting Petersburg for the World Cup. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size, well equipped and clean. Simple to make your own breakfast arrangements, but plenty of cereals, fruit, and cooked foods. Access might be difficult for people who struggle with stairs as the hotel front desk is a few flights up from the building entrance and rooms are up another wooden staircase, but otherwise this is a perfect hotel with a great central location just off the busy pesky prospect.

I had a very relaxing overnight here when in Petra for the World Cup. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size, well equipped, and clean. Simple helpyourself arrangement for breakfast time, but good selection of cereals, fruit, and cooked dishes. Access may be difficult for someone who struggles with stairs, the hotel reception was a few flights up from the building entrance and the rooms up another wooden staircase, but otherwise this is a great central location, away from busy, annoying possibilities.

Although it's small, this hotel serves it's purpose and is clean, but because of the renovations, you will wake up very early in the morning from the terrible sounds it's very disrespectful to the guests. We nearly had no sleep due to the noisy sounds over the past few days. I would have appreciated that I was told about this before making the reservation. However, if the curtains and blackouts weren't adequate and did not cover the window at all, I'd suggest switching to a darker cloth. In the room, we also get up from the bright lights. And, as you know, the sunrise is really early in Petersburg in the summer because there is also no air conditioning, so I anticipate a very hot mood in the room during the summer.

I would in any case strongly suggest this hotel primarily due to its location and price. The location was excellent, just around the corner from NEVSKI PRODUCTION, and within walking distance of several tourist attractions. The hotel was quite tidy and excellent value for money. Sasha, for instance, went above and beyond to assist us in English. The internet connection was excellent. Because the structure's facade is undergoing renovation, scaffolding surrounds it. The workers only started at 80 a.m., but it's a little inconvenient. The employees didn't speak English well, which occasionally made communicating a little difficult. Breakfast was modest but extremely affordable, so I can't complain.

The setting of this hotel to the city center is great. Although the building is fairly tiny, it fulfills its purpose and is spotless. However, since the structure has been renovated, you must get up extremely early in the morning because of the awful sounds. It is incredibly disrespectful to the visitors. Due to the past few days' loudness, we almost had no sleep. Before making the reservation, I would have appreciated being informed about this problem. If nothing else, I advise you to utilize better blackouts and curtains because they are extremely subpar and do not cover the window at all! The room's bright light also makes us wake up. And as you know, early morning is quite early in Petersburg, as well, there is no air conditioning, so I anticipate that the room will be hot during the summer.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel mostly for the location and price. The location was very convenient, just around the corner from Nevski prospect and walking distance from the metro and from various tourist attractions. The hotel was very clean and excellent value for money. The Englishspeaking staff, for example, sasha went out of their way to help us. The internet connection was very good. The facade of the building is currently being repaired, so it is surrounded by scaffolding. No real bother from the noise as the workers only started at 80, but it's a bit awkward. Not all staff spoke English fluently, which made communication a bit challenging in some cases. Breakfast was a bit simple but very cheap, so I cannot complain.

Добрый день! Останавливался в этом отеле второй раз. В целом, отель мне нравится. Очень удобное расположение в центре города! Станция метро «Гостиный двор» находится в пешей доступности. Во время первого визита бронировал номер де люкс, к которому не было абсолютно никаких претензий. В этот раз был один и решил взять номер попроще. Очень отзывчивый и приятный в общении молодой человек- администратор выдал мне ключи от номера № 8, который располагается буквально по правую руку от ресепшена ( К сожалению, имени не знаю, так как был без бейдж- но парень знает своё дело). В целом, номер мне понравился. Площадь не очень большая, но одному было комфортно. Удобная широкая кровать. Окна выходят во двор, прекрасно видно, что происходит в соседнем доме))) Ванная комната чистая, гель для душа и прочие прибамбасы в наличии. В номере было довольно прохладно, но, при первом обращении к администратору, мне принесли обогреватель. Из минусов, это грязный и явно старый ковролин, который сразу бросается в глаза при входе в номер (Фотографии прилагаются). Ковролин могли бы и поменять! Второй минус, это слабый сигнал wi-fi, так что соединение постоянно обрывалось. Мобильный интернет также плохо работал. В целом, всё было неплохо, учитывая стоимость номера 1280₽ за сутки. P.S. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак! Спасибо!

Das Hotel ist etwas schwer zu finden weshalb da des öfteren Gäste rumstehen die nicht mehr weiter wissen, auf Hotels.com ist es aber gut beschrieben. Wichtig: Der Hoteleingang befindet sich nicht am Nevsky Prospekt. Der Eingang ist leider schlecht gekennzeichnet, er befindet sich in einem alten Treppenhaus und vor dem Eingang steht es oben in der Glassscheibe. Am Eingang den Code 26 eintippen und warten. Die Rezeption befindet sich ungefähr in der 3. (4. nach russischer Zählweise) Etage. Der Lift hät jedoch da nicht. Da bei dieser Türe klingeln. Leider ist das Prozedere jedes Mal nötig. Das mit dem Zimmer war zunächst so in eine Sache, zuerst war da diverses Gepäck welches nicht von mir stammte, dann musste ich drei mal zur Rezeption bis ich eine Bedienung für die Klimanlage erhalten hatte und auf dem Bett hatte es diverse Haare die auch nicht von mir waren. Die Zimmer sind ringhörig aber relativ Gross und modern. Die Empfangsdamen waren auch alle sehr freundlich und sprachen mehr oder weniger gut englisch. Das Frühstück ist nicht der Rede Wert, aber Standard in dieser Preisklasse in der ex UdSSR. Die Lage ist sehr gut am Nevsky Prospekt, allerdings kann es hier nachts auch laut werden. Die Metrostationen Nevsky Prospekt/Gostiny Dvor und Ploschad' Vosstanya/Mayakovskaya befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Прекрасная локация отеля, поэтому в нем останавливаюсь в Питере. В этот раз не работало отопление, когда я приехал. Через некоторое время сделали. За сутки до отъезда опять отключилось, хорошо, что в номере был электрически обогреватель. Утром сообщил о проблеме, до следующего дня (отъезд) проблема не была решена, к сожалению. Состояние номеров стало плоховатым, хотя беру люкс. Есть ощущение, что не хотят вкладывать в него ничего.

タクシーで到着した際、外装工事中のビルの前で一瞬途方にくれましたが、なんとか入口が3階であることがわかりました。次に泊まったホテルも同様の構造で、ロシアはマンションの一部がホテルみたいなパターンが多いのかな？フロントは若い女の子が交替で差配していましたが、対応は普通。お湯の出がタイミングによっては悪いこと以外は特に不満なし。お得な値段を考えると全体的には満足でした！

They have to improve de entrance, which was not appealing at all. Breakfast was just fine, but it also depended of the person in charge. When Anton was there everything work ok. But one day was another boy, who dedicated his time to play with his mobile, while the coffee machine didn´t work, and customers had to clean the tables themselves.
