I enjoyed the Pasefika Inn, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. I guess it was off season or rainy season, so not many residents. I hope many guests will choose Pasefika.

The Pasefika is very handy, Its location is ideal as it is close to the main city, some very good eateries/restaurants and also shops. I had 3 teenage kids with me on the trip and they loved their stay because of the staff and the venue.

Det var en god oplevelse. En lille dejlig pool god plads rundt om den, både i skygge og sol plus toilet og shower. Værelset noget sparsomt indrettet men rent, det var badeværelset også.

Our stay at this hotel was fabulous. The staff was very nice and wonderful even the owners (the very nice Lady )took the time to sit with us at breakfast to talk about Samoa and its tradition. To us that was an honor.We spent 5 nights here and it was worth every penny.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Location is great - there's a shop just outside the inn, an ice cream and food bar just next door that's open late, an atm there as well, a taxi stand and laundry right across the road, and great restaurants like Paddles just around the corner that you can walk to. The room size is adequate with a double bed and single. As it is a very old building, it shows in the room layout and decor. It needs a lot of work and maybe an upgrade would make it a little more appealing to the eye. However, it is comfortable and for the price you pay it is great value, so not much more to complain about there!! The staff there are the best I have encountered in Samoa!!!! They are almost like family by the time you leave. They make sure your stay is comfortable and are continuously asking if everything is OK with your stay. Both my husband and I would look forward to breakfast every morning as the staff serving you make it that much more enjoyable. A simple brekkie of Koko alaisa, toast, pawpaw, coconut, yellow buns and a hot cuppa are just what you need to start the day. On our last night our air conditioning started to play up and being 6 months pregnant I could not handle the heat. The lovely staff moved us to another vacant room right away! Overall we both experienced superior service for a budget hotel. The 5 star rating is for its friendly staff, location and value for money. We definitely enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind coming back.

staff are friendly, private pool area away from public view. breakfast served on time , yummie koko laisa and fresh fruits, bananas, pawpaw,coconut. enjoyed our stay at Pasefika Inn, would book again in the near future. close to town, cafe,restaurants. no hassles with bookings

DRMelo Loved this place. The staff here was SO KIND & helpful. I ended up catching some kind of cold, but the staff helped me a lot & directed me to the correct assistance to get better. I enjoyed my time here, its unfortunate I didnt get to experience more of Samoa cus I was sick, lol. Oh well, at least I know the staff here were very helpful & loving. I also felt very safe here.

First of all, wonderful staffs !!! All staffs are very kind and friendly. They made me to feel at home. They always tried to do the best for guests and help us (I used same room with Swedish girl.). Very near with supermarket, taxi company, laundary, car rental and sea side. And within 10 min. work there are big supermarket, nice restaurants, 20 min. work to downtown. Only one thing that I must say is the air-conditioner of Rm.#17 was out of order till my check-out.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Its a bit like back packing but more comfortable. If you are looking to save $$ for shopping and rental cars then this is the place to be. We enjoyed that there was a takeaway 2 doors down, Mini supermarket next door and car hire 2 doors over. Awesome aircon!!

Enkelt boende, i visst behov av renovering. Ingen hiss, ingen wifi, men trevligt, ngt avskilt o mkt tillmötesgående personal. Poolen mjukt inbäddad, användes flitigt (hiskligt varmt ute) men lugnt o avspänt.

Da ich bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe, wusste ich was mich erwartet. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach ausgestattet mit Betten, älterem Schrank sowie Tisch und Stuhl. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr simpel. Man darf keine grossen Ansprüche haben, aber die Hotels auf Samoa sind einfach gehalten, ausser die grossen Resorts, die dann natürlich auch einiges mehr kosten. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär, wie auf Samoa üblich. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Hafen sowie am Visitor Center. Das Frühstück besteht aus Toast und versch. Früchten. Ich würdedieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen, bei höheren Ansprüchen sollte man aber evtl. doch in einem anderen Hotel übernachten.

For the value, it was a great place to stop and go. Beds were comfy, there was hot water and light breakfast serving only coffee for breakfast. For non- coffee drinkers there was no other option unless you bring your own desired drink. For us that just needed a place to rest, shower and move on to the next adventure, it worked out great.
