Hotel ini bersih dan, jujur saja, bagus dan dekat dengan Masjidil Haram dibandingkan dengan harganya. Karena harus menunggu bus setidaknya setengah jam, dan jika bus datang, harus menunggu setengah jam lagi untuk lewat, dan sopirnya tidak kooperatif. Dia sangat terlambat dan tidak peduli dengan penumpang. Masalah lainnya adalah lift perlu perawatan.

Saya sangat terkesan dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas yang diberikan oleh-oleh tim Muqaddas Tour dan Traveles. Namun, masalah yang saya hadapi adalah masalah dengan lift sejak tahun 2023.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis. Ketika saya pergi ke Haram, semuanya berjalan dengan mulus, dan ketika saya kembali, saya dapat menggunakan bus antar-jemput Dallah untuk menuju ke hotel, dan ini adalah perhentian pertama saya.

Hotel ini sepadan dengan harganya. Hotel ini termasuk hotel budget dan Anda tidak perlu berekspektasi tinggi. Mereka menawarkan fasilitas dasar. Kamar, kamar mandi, dan antar-jemput gratis ke Masjidil Haram. Kamarnya memang memiliki perabotan tua, tetapi cukup nyaman untuk beristirahat. AC-nya tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Hotel ini juga memiliki pengering rambut dan restoran. Jarak ke Masjidil Haram sekitar 15- 20 menit berkendara. Biaya taksi sekitar 20- 30 riyal atau Anda bisa menggunakan bus antar-jemput gratis yang terkadang terlambat.

Hotel yang bagus dan kamar yang bersih. Namun, saat sarapan dan makan siang setiap hari terasa kurang enak. Kapasitas angkat sangat kurang dari yang dibutuhkan.
