[Parking Information]
All parking facilities are independently managed by external parking operators.

[On-site Tower Parking]
Location: Tower parking on the 1st floor of the building
Parking Fee: KRW 10,000 per night for guests only (pay on-site). Unlimited entry and exit during your stay.
Parking Restrictions:
Standard passenger cars only.
SUVs, Carnival vans, electric vehicles, large sedans, and vehicles with high ground clearance (e.g. Kia Ray, Hyundai Casper) are NOT allowed.
Vehicles exceeding the following limits are NOT permitted:
- Length: 5,150 mm
- Width: 2,100 mm
- Height: 1,540 mm
- Weight: 2,200 kg

[Zwell Estate Parking Lot]
Location: Basement Parking, 165 Gwanganhaebyeon-ro, Suyeong-gu (Tower & Surface Parking)
Parking Fee: KRW 10,000 per night (pay on-site). Re-entry is NOT allowed. If you leave the parking lot, an additional parking fee will apply. Parking registration may not be available if the lot is full.
Parking Information:
Available for SUVs, Carnival vans, electric vehicles, large sedans, and standard passenger cars.
Parking Registration: Please register your vehicle at the Parking Management Office on Basement Level 4 before parking.
Parking spaces for SUVs, electric vehicles, Carnival vans, and other large vehicles are limited. Parking may not be available depending on daily parking conditions, and re-entry after exiting may be restricted.

[A-Park Ocean Self-Parking Lot]
Location: Basement Parking, 175 Gwanganhaebyeon-ro, Suyeong-gu
Parking Fee: KRW 30,000 per night (card payment only at the automated payment kiosk). If you exit during your stay, hourly parking charges will apply.

※ If all designated parking lots are full, please use a nearby public parking lot.
Contactless check-in is operated.
-On the day of check-in, a room key that allows access to the room will be sent to the mobile phone number provided.

▶ Important Information
- Check-in before 09:00 PM is recommended.
- Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of personal valuables in the room.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. Especially refrain from smoking in the room (including electronic cigarettes; violation may result in forced eviction and additional cleaning fees).
- Smoking is only allowed outside the building.
- If you arrive before check-in time, free luggage storage service is available.
- Cooking is not allowed in the room according to accommodation regulations (induction use is not allowed), but a microwave is provided (tableware and cutlery set available).
- Exceeding the maximum occupancy, including infants and young children, is not allowed. Cancellations and refunds are not possible for this reason.
- Depending on the room, you may be assigned a room different from the images.
- Due to the nature of real-time reservations, double bookings may occur and reservations may be canceled.
- For cancellations due to a simple change of mind or customer circumstances, a cancellation/refund fee will be applied.
- In case of damage or loss of property items, compensation must be made according to the property’s standards.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Failure to observe basic etiquette, causing inconvenience or discomfort to others, may result in forced eviction.
- Smoking and use of fire are prohibited in the room to prevent fire.
- For same-day reservations, refunds are not possible in case of cancellation.
- Room rates vary depending on the standard occupancy, and the number of guests must be confirmed at check-in.
- Cancellations or refunds are not possible for refusal of entry due to reservations made for minors staying alone.
