• Check-in is available from 4:00 PM.
• Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
• A late check-out fee of KRW 20,000 will be charged for departures after 11:00 AM.
• Late check-in is available until 11:30 PM.
• Check-in is not available after midnight, and the reservation may be cancelled.
• However, guests who have arranged this with the hotel by phone in advance may check in after midnight.

[Room Policies]
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed in guest rooms, except for chicken and pizza.
• Visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted to enter guest rooms.
• Guests who violate these policies may be required to leave without a refund.
• Smoking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of KRW 100,000 will be charged, and guests may be required to leave without a refund.

[Luggage Storage Information]
• For check-in guests: Luggage storage is available from 11:30 AM.
• Luggage storage only is available before 3:00 PM. Guests may not wait in the lobby before this time.
• Lobby waiting is available from 3:00 PM.
• For check-out guests: Luggage storage is available free of charge until 3:30 PM on the day of check-out.
• After 3:30 PM, a storage fee of KRW 5,000 per hour will apply.
