An extra charge of KRW 60,000 per person will be applied if the number of guests exceeds the reserved number, or additional guests check in without prior agreement with the property.
For consecutive night bookings, cancellations are not allowed for the remaining nights after the first night.
The reception is closed from 02:30 AM to 08:00 AM.
Zipper bags and shower towels are hotel's property and must not be taken under any circumstances (a penalty of KRW 30,000 each will be charged, and there will be a police report in addition to the penalty).

This policy applies even if you do not receive an individual explanation at check-in due to a busy front desk or other circumstances.
An additional daily fee applies if you wish to keep the same room and leave your belongings inside between nights without checking out. If you choose this option, the remaining nights cannot be cancelled after check-in.

•Monday–Thursday: KRW 20,000 in cash (discounted rate) / KRW 25,000 by card.
•Friday–Sunday and public holidays: KRW 30,000 in cash (discounted rate) / KRW 35,000 by card.

※Extensions Not Booked in Advance
If you extend your stay one day at a time rather than booking consecutive nights in advance, the cash discount does not apply, and standard day-use rates will be charged. Next-day day-use extensions cannot be booked through an app and must be paid for in cash at the front desk.
※If You Do Not Wish to Pay the Surcharge
Even if you booked consecutive nights through a booking app, you must check out by 12:00 PM each day and check in again at 6:00 PM if you do not pay the consecutive-stay surcharge.
All belongings must be removed from the room, and the key must be returned by 12:00 PM sharp. Luggage storage after check-out is subject to an additional charge.
※Room Key Policy
Do not separate the metal key from the plastic key card. Doing so prevents the fire safety system from being restored. Violations will result in immediate removal from the property and a KRW 10,000 restoration fee, payable in cash.
Please leave your key when going out. Place it in the designated key storage box in front of reception. A KRW 60,000 replacement fee applies if the key is lost.
All lost items will be automatically discarded 10 days after the date of stay or room use.
