The property is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect contact information.
If you are checking in after 8:00 PM on the day of arrival, please coordinate the check-in time and procedures with the property in advance.
Please confirm additional services, facility fees, and payment methods directly with the property before check-in.
Availability of additional services and facilities may be limited depending on the property or weather conditions.
No refunds (or partial compensation) will be provided for this reason.

All room rates are based on standard occupancy. Additional guests are charged an additional KRW 15,000 per person (to be paid at the front desk).
