[Cleaning Deposit Policy]
Since opening in August 2022, Bada-ui Gibun has operated a cleaning deposit system to maintain consistent room conditions.
The cleaning deposit is an operational policy designed to provide all guests with the same level of cleanliness at all times, including room steam sterilization, linen replacement and natural drying, ventilation, deodorization, and ocean-view window maintenance.
The full amount will be refunded to the refund account registered at the time of reservation once the room is inspected after check-out.

A KRW 30,000 cleaning deposit is required to help maintain the air quality, bedding and overall room condition.

The deposit is fully refunded on the day of check-out after the room has been inspected and no issues are found.

All rooms are strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area.

Cooking that creates strong odors or smoke, including grilling meat or fish inside the room, is restricted.

The 2F Ocean View Suites feature high ceilings and spacious open-plan interiors. They do not include private rooftops or infinity pools.

The 3F Rooftop Suites feature duplex layouts with private rooftop spaces and private outdoor bath/infinity pool facilities.

Sea Mood is designed as a quiet seaside wellness stay.

Normal TV and room sounds are relatively well insulated; however, due to the building structure, water-flow sounds through the plumbing may occasionally be heard on the 2F when large amounts of water are used on the 3F.

For the comfort of all guests, please avoid large-volume dishwashing and heavy bathtub/water use after 11:00 PM.

Wellness at Sea Mood is not defined by facilities alone.

Sea Mood is personally managed by a local host who was born and raised in Tongyeong. Guests can enjoy their privacy while having local assistance nearby whenever they need it.

Guests may ask the host for breakfast room service, in-room dining and BBQ assistance, housekeeping, laundry service and luggage storage, as well as taxi calls, nearby pick-up assistance, local dining recommendations, Mt. Mireuksan hiking, Miraesa cypress forest walks, barefoot walking, and suggestions based on the weather and local tides.

Rather than offering the same service to every guest, Sea Mood provides local assistance according to each guest’s schedule and style of stay.

For business travelers, Sea Mood can become a quiet seaside retreat after work. For families, the host can make the journey easier. For longer-stay travelers, the local host can help them experience what it feels like to live in Tongyeong for a while.

Sea Mood is designed for travelers who want to slow down and stay by the sea, rather than simply use a room for one night after sightseeing.

Throughout the day, the ocean view changes with the tides—from tidal flats and waterways to calm, lake-like high tide, shimmering sunlight and sunset—all visible through the large ocean-facing windows.

Every season offers a different way to experience Sea Mood.

In summer, guests staying in the 3F rooftop suites can enjoy their private infinity pool while looking out over the sea and sky without leaving the property.

Spring and autumn are ideal for quiet rooftop relaxation in the coastal breeze. On rainy days, guests can slow down and simply watch the changing sea through the windows.

Outdoor bath and heated-water options may vary depending on the season and weather conditions. Please contact the host for details.

Sea Mood especially recommends stays of two nights or longer.

Spend one day exploring Tongyeong, then slow down and experience the rhythm of the sea and the space itself from the second day.
