Gangmun Jumak
• Location: Pine Tower 1F
• Menu: Korean fusion-style dishes (abalone hangover ramen, spicy stir-fried pork, beef tartare, charcoal-grilled dishes, alcoholic beverages, etc.)
• Operating Hours: 18:00 ~ 01:00 (Opens one hour earlier and extends operation hours on weekends.)
• When moving around the hotel, please use a pet stroller, carrier, or leash, and follow proper pet etiquette.
• Pet strollers are available for paid rental at the Front Desk (1F) on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Cabanas (Jacuzzi) at the Pine Tower Infinity Pool are paid facilities.
• If hotel staff need to enter your room for service, your pet must be secured in a carrier or on a leash.
• The hotel is not responsible for accidents or lost pets caused by the owner's negligence.
• Dogs showing excessive barking or aggressive behavior toward other pets or guests may be required to leave the hotel without a refund.
• If a pet causes harm or damage to another guest or pet, the matter must be resolved between the parties involved, and the hotel will not be held responsible.
• Dogs must not be left unattended inside or outside the guest room. Repair costs may be charged for any damage to hotel facilities.

Basic Information

• For safety reasons, guests under 18 years old are not permitted to enter, even when accompanied by a guardian.
• Indoor-only athletic shoes are required. Pets and strollers are not permitted inside the fitness center.
Pet Dog Policy
• In accordance with the revised Enforcement Rule of the Food Sanitation Act effective from March 1, 2026, verification of vaccination records is mandatory when staying with pets. Please bring your dog's vaccination certificate and present it at check-in.
• Accepted Documents: Vaccination and health certificates, mobile app health records (electronic certificates), etc.
• Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly rooms. Pets are not permitted in standard rooms.
• Recommended Capacity: Maximum 2 dogs in standard rooms / Maximum 3 dogs in suite rooms
• Pet amenities (Snug House & cushion, pee pads, waste bags, towels, food bowl, and shampoo) are provided based on one dog and can be used for up to two dogs. (Large dogs: maximum one dog per room.)
• There are no breed or weight restrictions; however, legally designated dangerous dogs and breeds with aggressive tendencies must wear a muzzle.
