The staff at Casa Bassa was super helpful and friendly. It is a Super clean hotel! We loved the 24 hour desk staff. Our adult children in Canada had called the hotel in advance and planned to have champagne delivered to our room and booked a sunset boat ride for us. (to celebrate our 40th etc). When we arrived at the hotel, there were red petals on our bed, candy, balloons, bathrobe and bath slippers in our room. It was such a nice surprise and when we talked to our family back home, they hadn’t planned any of the extra stuff. The hotel went above and beyond what our adult children had asked. Our room was nice with with a view of the sea.. we were walking distance, only minutes from the sea. you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach, but the hotel lent us an umbrella and chairs, which saved us some money. Also, having the restaurant right next-door to the hotel was wonderful. The decor of the restaurant was pretty and the food was great. This is not a high-end hotel and we were not expecting it to be, but we felt that we received excellent accommodations for our money. We were really happy. Lots of restaurants very close by and a couple of ice cream shops, as well as walking distance to the grocery stores and other restaurants. The hotel also had bikes for us to rent and we spent a full day on bikes as Valencia is very bike friendly with bike lanes everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and most mostly thanks to the staff at Casa Bassa.

Our stay was very good. We liked the hotel. Everything was as we love, the staff, the service, the location, the cleanliness and all the major things were at a higher level. Special thanks to the reception for the professional work, for the complimentary late checkout for free. The only thing that I would like to mention is that during the breakfast time due to a high demand and few waitresses we had to wait a bit longer for our breakfast .

Perfect location, helpful staff, nice hotel with cool decor. Located in the center of beach life! We paid for the delicious morning breakfast which was served in a trendy cafe downstairs with an outdoor view of the beach. Be forewarned that you will hear music throughout the night, as it located down the beach from a local nightclub. My daughter and I are heavy sleepers but we did drift off to the sounds of thumping bass. Anywhere you stay on the beach in Valencia will be within sounds of club music going until 5 am. I don't know why they must play the music all night, but they do. At least this is the case in the summer. This is not the fault of the hotel, it's just a fact of staying on this particular beach. If you are a light sleeper, stay closer to the city center.

We had a bright, clean room with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was great. Close to Marina Beach Club so you could hear music at night. Didn’t bother us but might be an issue for others.

Very tidy and cosy room. Staff was friendly and helpful. For breakfast you could choose from a menu with +/- 6 different choices - tasty and sufficient! Also well located close to the beach and the tram/metro network to go to the city center. Would stay here again during our next visit to Valencia :)

Fijn hotel, vriendelijke mensen. Ontbijt is niet in buffetvorm maar wij vonden de keuzes voldoende en erg lekker. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
