Definitely good quality, clean, and incredibly quiet! Great building with beautiful views. The elevator is funny, you have to tell on the outside where you want to go, so standing there without buttons makes you feel strange. Yet, this place is great. I was leaving early before breakfast was served, and the concierge very helpfully put some things for me in the suitcase for my train journey to Madrid.

It's a disgrace. Although the hotel's structure and structure are solid, the administration and staff let it down. We reserved a room with a double bed, but were never informed that we had been given a twin. After seeing the room, we checked into the front desk to inquire about it, where we were swiftly informed that it was just a preference at the time of booking and that they had been fully booked, despite the fact that this wasn't an enjoyable experience. They never offered an apology or attempted to make it right. Because only one of the two employees was listening to guests, we also had to wait for five minutes to talk with someone. Although the room was tidy like any other, there were signage everywhere indicating that there was a lack of care on the part of the hotel. With a plug, the sinks would not be occupied. Even though the shower head had 8090 jets clogged, it hadn't been redirected in years, which required about 20 minutes to remedy. Although it had not been fixed in years, the shower head had been cleared, and it took me approximately 20 minutes to repair it. Despite being inexpensive plastic glasses, there were only two in the room. Although the mini fridge didn't operate any illumination, none were chilly. We stayed here for one night. The hotel was designed by renowned architect Caprava and looked great from the outside. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The service was friendly and efficient. The amazing breakfast was included in the price. The exterior structure is showing signs of wear and could be repaired. The room itself had a few signs of wear but didn't ruin our stay.

I stayed for a conference recently. The hotel's design was odd as other people have pointed out. The room was functional and tidy. The breakfast was fine. My primary issue is that the hotel is not close to restaurants, shops, etc. Some seem to get overwhelmed by a crowd for lunch. It's just not ideal if you don't want to walk a little. Our meeting did not provide meals for lunch or breaks. The hotel restaurant does not open until 2045 which is late when jet lagged and not used to a late dinner time.

Excellent points include accommodating and prompt assistance, a delicious breakfast, a spotless room, and a stunning mountain view. Excellent location minus the spa There isnt a real spa. You have paid for services, including massages, but you must make a reservation far in advance to use the jacuzzi. Ignore it if you want a nice spa position it will be less expensive to park your car outside, especially if you plan to visit certain places and use it daily.
