Id like to comment on how wonderful a week we had here, even though our vacation was a few months ago. We had excellent service and found that the restaurant, our room, and other multipurpose areas were regularly spotless. We enjoyed a restful night on the comfy bed, and our rooms facilities were all excellent. From our balcony, we enjoyed the view of the sea from our balcony, and were able to enjoy a cool breeze while listening to the waves at night. This isnt a new hotel, but it was amazing, and even though it wasnt high summer, we got it for a bargain. Everything was well done, and we would return.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week, the positives were that the hotel was always clean. The hotel is close to restaurants and bus stops so it is in a convenient place to get around. The bed was very comfortable. But the negative was the AC didn't work so the room was very stuffy. The food wasn't good and the dinner was overpriced. The drinks at the bar are expensive. No entertainment at all, if there was entertainment the price of the drinks would not have been worth it at all.

The location is a little bit away from everything, the place is placed only ten minutes walk from the beach and another ten minutes by taxi ride to Palm and the airport, and on the rooftop, the atmosphere is very peaceful. The bed was comfortable. The staff was kind. The curtains kept the room dark and comfortable for sleeping. The food is also very good, they serve great food and furniture for the decor.

We could have easily remained for ten weeks if we had spent ten days at Balanguera Beach. We had a superb room. Not to mention the egg chair, which I loved so much that I have one now at home. The pool area is lovely, but with the lovely beach just across the street, we took more time there. The buffet was excellent, they geared the changes to regional tastes, and the service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, and the employees we spoke to were friendly and helpful. With large artful photos, big greenery, and every corner of the hotel appears to be some glossy magazine. We would definitely book another vacation here again.

The hotel was really cool, and we felt like we were spending most of our time relaxing by the pool and drinking cocktails as we listened to the cool music! The staff is excellent and very pleasant. On the first night, there was a small problem with the toilet, which was resolved within an hour. The sky bar is a lovely location to see the sunset, and one day we used the sauna, which was fantastic as there was no one around. Easy location to eat out around the resort, shop, and visit palm Beach.

Pets conditions in HM Balanguera Beach

1. The program is destined to domesticated dogs weighing less than 10 kilograms.

2. The owner of the pet must have all the legally required documentation at the time of "check in", and may be required at any time by the Hotel address.

3. The owner of the pet assumes the responsibility, cost and expense derived, for any damage, damage or discomfort caused by their pets. The hotel may exclude a pet if it considers that it is dangerous or may damage or affect the stay of other guests.
