Hubo un error con la reserva. En mi documentación ponía que eramos 3 (habitación triple) y a ellos se les remitió que eramos dos (habitación doble). Por suerte el personal de recepción lo solucionó con eficacia y sin ningún problema. El sitio es encantador, agradable, muy limpio y con el desayuno abundante y variado. El personal amable, simpático y muy pendiente de sus clientes. Totalmente recomendable, si duda cuando volvamos a la zona, volveremos a alojarnos alli. Muchas gracias, Las Nieves !!!

I'm not from the region and stayed at Hostel La Nieves thanks to a friend who organized it. It's a simple, tiny family hotel but an absolute model of its kind. The rooms are comfortable and surprisingly large, everything worked there and in the bathrooms. Breakfast was good as in any fancy 4 or 5 hotel I've stayed at anywhere in Spain the orange juice and bread were absolutely fresh and the coffee and pastries were great the bar is nice and well stocked and the food at dinner was consistently great in a less opulent way. The local wines were well chosen and, like everything else, reasonably priced. The people were all friendly, efficient and committed to helping and I can't remember staying in a place of this kind anywhere in Europe. If you are in the area, I strongly recommend it.

This year, I had the opportunity to visit Sorta for the first time and a family from a nearby town recommended me to stay at this place. It is a modest hostel on the mountain side with a stunning outdoor terrace where you may enjoy the local traditional tapas, particularly the torrents. The cleanliness, personability, quietness, and the finest shower I can imagine were all in the room. While traveling for two months, this shower came as a welcome surprise. The comforts were better than I had anticipated, and the rooms are comparatively large. On the side of the hotel, private outdoor parking is available. It is definitely a must-see attraction, and I would return to it again. They also have an old Victorian room that used to be used as a kitchen and treatment area for hams and chorizo in the old days. Carlos was kind enough to show us it, which is a must-see.

Every stay in Las Nieves is like hanging out with close friends. It's a model hotel, organized and comfortable, whatever the weather, everything works. Breakfast, for example, is a blueprint for what a modest rural hotel should be, but it rarely provides fresh orange juice, expresso coffee, delicious croissants and toast. What more could you want? The food in the restaurant is excellent and merits another review.

El hotel no trabaja con expedía desde el 2019 y cuando llegamos al hotel me echaron y no me dejaron ni explicarme indicándome q no era la primera vez q ocurría , e imposible hablar o reclamar a expedía , nadie responde ni nadie atiende
