I just got back from a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel from start to finish. The staff were fantastic and very nice, they answer our questions. I booked taxis, water park, eat, it was in a peaceful place but less than 5 minutes walk to town. The pool was wonderful, the rooms were nice without a mini fridge which was a bit difficult as it was so warm the balcony was class! Breakfast was a buffet with everything you needed! I will be back because it was a fantastic hotel and the staff was so nice!

I just stayed at the 4 u Miranda hotel and it looks like new renovations. The location is around 4 steps from the plaza and beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. They provide a beautiful breakfast with nice fresh linen and towels. In my opinion, there is no complaint about the older lady. She speaks disrespectfully in Spanish and constantly muttered when I was passing her.

We initially didn't like our room, but once we asked for a different room, it was done without hesitation. Lots of breakfast options and the hotel is located in a peaceful part of the neighbourhood, only a 2-minute walk from the beach and restaurants and shops. Exceptional customer service, especially from Linda and John. Nice coffee. Nice beverages. Nice staff makes it seem like no request is too big to ask for.

This hotel is close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We stay here every day, we can always clean our room. The employee is friendly and helpful. There is also an outdoor pool with sun loungers and a nice shaded patio.

This was delivered at the last minute and I went on a relaxing break with my 17-18 year old kids. The replacement hotel was great and the team were very helpful and friendly. The younger proprietor is very respectful and the receptionist, John from Manchester, is also very kind and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Would 100% recommend this hotel as I'm also a very picky person who doesn't go abroad frequently.
