The service here is very good with the modern room with very comfortable beds, and the restaurant at this boutique hotel is very good. You also can get to this place from the autovias easily.

We stayed here for one night and would highly recommend it. The room was big enough, the extra bed for my daughter was prepared, the room was tidy and clean. The guy at the reception does not speak English very well but he is very friendly and explaining everything so we can get to and from the city. Where to park and where to leave a car if you don't want to pay extra for a garage. I think the hotel is top and deserves direct recommendation, my family loved it and always want to stay here again.

When you first approach the hotel, you might assume it doesn't seem like an excellent location, but once you've driven your car ours was fully loaded on our way from the uk into the secure car park and exit up to reception, you're in a different dimension. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly helpful, the owner, we believe, with big smiles around him. There is a nice little garden area with an outside bar. As previously mentioned, the bedrooms are in a separate building and are quite modern. They include lots of lovely highquality wood, a bed, and pillows, and a very comfortable and powerful shower. For the money spent, I believe it would be challenging to get this level elsewhere in the region. We shared a starter and I had a wonderful sole for my main meal, and hubby enjoyed the suckling lamb, which was beautifully cooked and served with a smile. Needless to say, the vino into was a fantastic riot. We'll stay again when traveling to and from Sananderbilbao to the uk.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area where you can safely park your car on the street or, if you prefer, in the parking lot beneath the hotel. It's very easy to get there from the freeways. Even though they serve a packed restaurant, the receptionist is very friendly. When you open the door to your room, you realise how great the amenities are. Everything is high quality, a bottle of water, a pen, and some candies are waiting for you. The room is very nicely decorated with great enthusiasm! And the beds are exceptional. The bathroom is beautifully set up with high quality materials and refined equipment. You are in a five-star environment, in no way! One detail, the air conditioning, is out of this world, no noise at all, the air conditioning is out of this world. You can't hear the fan, but it works fine. This is the first time in my long life that I meet such a quiet aircorn. All of this pleasure is priced very well. Enjoy!.

When you arrive, the property's exterior might make you feel unimpressed, but don't allow that to turn you into a first-worst condescending assessment. This hotel is run by a family and has a very accommodating and friendly management. The rooms are big, spotless, and contemporary. Although he is outside the historical center, the peace and quietness in a peaceful and serene area more than make up for this. Prices are very good for the Basque Country, which is not a particularly inexpensive tourist destination.
