We stayed here from march and the hotel couldn't have done more! They were extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Nothing seemed too much to ask! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Nev. People have complained about the noise level in the past, but we were facing out into the river and I would not say it was that noisy, and that was on a busy Saturday night. The beds were so comfortable and I had one of the best nights sleep I've had in some time. Breakfast was delicious, I love how they made the safe kitchen, and we had our own tray full of all our food! What a fantastic idea! It was too cold to try the pool, but the terrace bar was lovely and once again the staff was amazing! I would recommend going there for drinks even if you are not staying at the hotel, they were great! The location was great, very central and not far from the cathedral. If I came back to Neville, I would most definitely return.

The breakfast was very good, particularly in the terrace bar, which is so nice with its river views. Central location with so many bars and restaurants nearby. In the hotel, there is a restaurant on the ground floor, and I will stay there again.

From the first greeting through to check-out, the personal service and attention to detail was flawless. Beautifully designed rooms, lovely terraces, delicious breakfast, and wonderful location. Everyone on staff was very friendly and attentive. Thank you.

This hotel is located by the river, the location is great, it has everything modern that you could want in a room, and the location is close to the river, the location is right on the river and close to the pool. I will definitely return to this place. Even though the cake was a surprise, the friendly staff gave us a handwritten welcome note to make it even better.

We had a fantastic, unforgettable stay thanks to Ma Del Mar. She made our vacation a dream come true. Very lovely hotel, with the most amazing staff who are always willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs. We had breakfast included in our package, and it was great.
