I would not stay anywhere else and will be making another reservation in October. We've stayed at this hotel twice a year for the last 8 years, the staff is very friendly and always makes you feel welcome, the sheets are changed every day, and the rooms are cleaned daily, there's always something on the menu to enjoy.

A fantastic seafront location. 1010 for them from the staff, who worked incredibly hard. Customer service was firstrate. The room was tired but clean and functional. My only criticism was the food. On the buffet, it can be challenging to keep it very hot. If there was a microwave in the restaurant, it would have been helpful. Some of it was overcooked and dry and inedible. If I simply had to rate this hotel on food alone, they would receive 15. My overall score was largely tied to the staff and the location.

We had a wonderful time, great location opposite the beach and friendly staff. All inclusive and the food was good with plenty of choices. Hotel bedrooms need a facelift but clean and comfortable. Would definitely go back.

The hotel may use a revamp, but overall, it was fantastic. The hotel is a bit outdated and might use a renovation, but in every other way, there was good food, plenty of drinks, and tidy rooms everyday except on Sundays now. The best part of this place is the personnel, particularly Mary in the restaurant, who was great and always knew everyones names and greeted you with a big smile. Alf the bartender at the main bar and Bonnie at the pool bar were fantastic, always smiling and singing, and the reception staff were incredibly accommodating in every way. It was outstanding to book again for September.

We have been here for 8 years and it's still good. We'll reserve it again until the end of September. They serve food that is great for all. The employees are very friendly and the manager is helpful. There's a lot of variety in the drinks and we had room 307 with a sea view view and a pool view.
