We stayed here for 7 days on an in-house package with Bridgetany ferries. The rooms are extremely well-furnished, with everything you need, including an umbrella for use while you stay. We were greeted with a bottle of cider, two champagne flutes, and a couple of biscuits. The receptionist who checked us in had very little English, but she handled well and was really friendly. Breakfast is served in the cafeteria, which is an outbuilding that doubles as the bar. Breakfast consists of sliced bread, crusty bread, cakes, fresh fruit, cheeses, ham, jam, croissants, cereals, coffee, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel was very quiet except on weekends when it is packed with spanish from the south. There are flat-screen televisions in the room but all channels are in Spanish. If it is quiet, they do not always open the bar, but if you want a drink they will get it for you. Lupin, shortened from a long spanish name, is really friendly and provides recommendations for places to go. She serves breakfast and also services the rooms.

The hotel staff are very friendly, but most of the time they do not understand our American English accents and communication issues. The cold breakfast is fine, the quick juicer and oranges who offered to make my own fresh yogurt every morning made it much better. Their snack and drink honor bar is not cheap. I had high prices for cheap snacks and beer and other beverages. Tea and coffee and fruit should be free. My room is on the second floor of the house in the back of the main one. The room and bed were rather small. The windows did open wide but there were no screens! The mosquitoes attacked every evening, and the heat was uncomfortable for sleeping. We asked for restaurant suggestions and were directed to the same 3 busy restaurants every night. couldn't watch internet off their slow wifi connection. I really wanted to like this place but could not wait to leave so I could sleep on a comfortable bed in a cool room without insects!.

A short distance from Playa It Antonio and the nearby little village of names, the hotel resembles a tad strange in how it is set out. As our room was in a separate building from the main building above the cantina, we quickly got accustomed to this and used the hotel as a base for our day trips to planes and videos. Our Spanish is terrible and there isn't much English spoken in this region, the employees were excellent. They kept the rooms clean every day, served a quick breakfast, and enjoyed the pool. It's a good overall experience. The address can be challenging to locate for the first time, so try Googleing it first.

In august 2013, we spent two nights here. The employees could not have been nicer. Although all the eateries were booked friday night high season, Eugene at the front desk called several restaurants to get us a reservation. Lupe was fantastic. The hotel is spotless. I was concerned that it was on a major street, but it was peaceful and no traffic. Beaches are most likely to be driven to, but there are a ton within 15 minutes. Eugene gave us a fantastic overview of the beaches. Due to tide effects, she was able to advise what times to visit different beaches. She is a star in hotel staff!.
