The hotel was clean, parking was easy and accessible. So many amenities, the breakfast buffet was delicious, rooms were clean and functional. Pool area was great for our family. Will stay there again.

Beautiful hotel. Great value. Great amenitiies. Check in on 7/14 was slow but this may be due to later check in around 10:45 pm. Hotel staff was all smiles with four or five people walking around and noone seemed to be in a hurry but this may have been due to a change in shift. Check out at 5:45 am to catch first free airport shuttle which left promptly at 6:00 am and got to Terminal 2 (after dropping off those at Terminal 1) around 6:17 am. Flight left at 7 am but I still made it. Madrid Barajas security was very efficient in early am.

La ventaja de este hotel es que está cerca del Aereopuerto además que tiene una estación del metro a pocos minutos caminando si quieres ir a dar una vuelta por el centro de Madrid, el servicio de transporte de trasladó al aeropuerto solo funciona hasta las 9pm por lo que deberían extender un poco mas esté servcio para los que tienen vuelos despues de las 9pm.

TODO ESPECTACULAR!! Íbamos saliendo del hotel y nos esperaba un bus para desplazarnos hasta el aeropuerto y fue un detalle muy agradable! Volveremos a vivir una experiencia tan agradable como esta!!

O Hotel é novo e muito bem equipado. Ótima localização (ao lado do metrô). Tem Shuttle gratuito para o Aeroporto, água grátis a vontade e um café da manhã maravilhoso. Só tomem cuidado para não esquecer nada pois senão nunca mais irão reaver, pois perdi a hora no sábado e daí correndo para o Aeroporto e acabei esquecendo meu Air Pods 3 Pro, uma camiseta e um Boné Michel Kors e sumiram com minhas coisas. Comuniquei no próprio sábado o ocorrido e o Hotel fez pouco caso. Meu amigo voltou a se hospedar lá no dia 13 e ainda está lá, foi perguntar sobre minhas coisas e fizeram pouco caso. Pelo meu IPhone da para ver que o Air Pods está em Madri. Prejuízo absurdo. Então pensem antes de se hospedar pois se por acaso esqueceram algo, dificilmente irão reaver depois. Nunca mais me hospedo neste local

Muy buena ubicación para pasar una noche cerca del aeropuerto. Si no puedes tomar el servicio de transporte gratuito del hotel por los horarios, el hotel está a solo una estación en el tren de cercanías (al lado del metro en T4)

Relatively new hotel on the outskirts of the city. The hotel has a free bus that runs hourly. Pick up is at T4 and drop off is at all terminals. If you can’t make the bus the light rail (Renfe) is only 2 stops to Valdebabas and it’s a 6 min walk. From Valdebabas you can get in and out of the city centre (Sol) for €1 each way if you buy a 10 journey card. Don’t get confused with the metro lines, they are not at Valdebabas yet. There is a supermarket right next door, there are some great restaurants 10-15 mins walk to the north. Google maps needs updating as it doesn’t show all the recent developments. There is still a lot of construction, but it does not impact the hotel. There is a park to the north that is really nice, if you fancy a walk, I recommend it, it has water points for the hot days. We used just eats on one occasions for food to our rooms.l with delivery to reception. Pool was very clean, cold, but the area is a sun trap. They are a limited number of sunbeds. The hotel looks very disabled friendly, I noted many ramp access and a chair lift for the pool. There is plenty of free water and each room has a fridge, kettle and microwave. Other things that are good are slippers, dressings gowns, toiletry kits including tooth brush and paste. Staff very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be looking for other locations of Hotel101 in the future.
