We stayed during the high season of summer for palms. We paid for the most expensive season, almost, because of this. However, the facility is clean, the staff is very helpful, the room is small but large enough, and the location is very convenient to many palm trees. We were shocked and disappointed to find no suitcase stand, so we had to use a chair to hold our suitcase. There really wasn't any other place to place the suitcase except the table, which we used for our computers, etc.

The hotel is in a good location. The hotel is clean, staff very helpful, comfortable bed. The bedroom decor is minimalist but has everything you can want. If you are looking for a no frills hotel I highly recommend Palladium.

We stayed in September when the prices were still high. Breakfast is not included in all rates. The hotel's location is fairly central and valuable to the historic center. There is an underground public parking lot nearby. Staff were friendly at check-in and check-out. We had a late night in palm and couldn't get back into the hotel very easily as the night porter didn't notice us immediately. Our room was a mini suite on the floor and was clean, stylish and comfortable. A variety of free cold drinks were provided in the room fridge. Fast wifi and a large TV were both present in the room. The bedside tables have magnetic charging stations for mobile phones, which is a nice touch. Overall a good place to stay for a short break in the city.

I absolutely stayed at Hotel Plaza and i definitely will stay here again. The staff is very kind and caring, and the location of the hotel is perfect. The rooms are comfortable and large.

I had a good experience while staying here, it starts with the great location for the center and diverse restaurants. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I was surprised but very happy to see that instead of having phones in the rooms all communications could be done via Whatsapp, including asking them to call me a taxi when none were around when finished work. The rooms are okay, very clean as is the whole hotel and comfortable. There is a safe, a fridge, but no coffee maker. The wifi was good. There is a nice walkin shower in the bathroom. I would have stayed longer but the breakfast was very poor and served to nearly couidstyle practices. Appeled buffetstyle but not where you can serve yourself, there are no fruit or cereals. Eggs can be ordered but portions are small and as a result I had to check out and find another hotel.

The city design hotel has an unbeatable location in the heart of Palma de Mallorca.
