We had yet to stay at this hotel before, and some things here and here are very satisfying. The location is a little bit better than before, and the atmosphere is close to the beach. The old staff has suddenly gone, even if Surannah is still serving at the front desk.

This is a traditional and well-maintained hotel with friendly and helpful staff located next to a sandy beach that is popular with surfers. During our visit in early March the hotel was full for the weekend and fewer visitors during the week. What proved to be an issue was dinner! Half board was, as a previous guest said, from the menu del dia with five main options. We were staying 7 nights for the half board choice! So on Friday arrival day we had pork ribs and was going to have the cod the next day but both dishes appeared to be finished on the second night. Pork ribs replaced with pork cheeks apparently a Catalan specialty yum! And the cod was also replaced with a lower choice of fish. So we turned to the ala carte option which was Catalan rather than European, save the filet steak which I had on 3 nights because the other options were mainly catalan fish dishes. We also had to choose chicken pieces for bar snacks on a few nights. The staff tried their best to help as much as they could, but we won't go back to this hotel.

Thankfully we got a room at this hotel with very good cleanliness, the location is also strategic, as it is close to the beach and also has clean gardens and swimming pool area, the staff was very helpful, the place was quiet and peaceful, we come here in the middle of June, we feel at peace at this resort. It also is an old fashioned feeling, not ideal for couples wanting to have a busy evening and it's perfect for us late couples.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the receptionist served us like new stuff. The room was so comfortable with a sea view view. The breakfast was so delicious, especially with Julia, who was so kind and accommodating when we requested to change rooms.

The opening hours are from Sunday to Thursday from 10:00h to 20:00h and Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00h to 21:00h.Children under 16 years of age are not allowed.We also have a heated swimming pool, it is not included, it has a cost of 10€ per person per hour, it is necessary to book in advance. The schedule is from Sunday to Thursday from 10:00h to 18:00h and Friday and Saturday from 10:00h to 21:00h.
