We arrived early but couldnt check in until 15.00, we said we would go to the theme park and we will come back later to check into our room! No problem at all, the rooms are very clean! And comfortable, mini fridge didnt work very well, nothing was cold! Breakfast was ok! The hot items were cold. Could have better meats, proper sausage! But overall good, staff were friendly enough, a few smiles wouldnt be amiss! Would return!.

I usually stay here twice a year. This hotel is very nice to me. There are no friendly details, such as two pillows, one soft and one hard, that the guests can choose from. The breakfast buffet is also very good.

The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. Meats, cheeses and breads. Restaurant food is excellent. Good location. Metro is a 10minute walk away. Other stores and restaurants are within walking distance.

The food was delicious. And then, the employees here were so warm and took care of me and my colleague very well. After that, they served me a delicious food. Subsequently, this hotel is beautiful.

The hotel boasts a wide variety of amenities, and its conveniently located near local amenities. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, while the breakfast provided is exceptional. If i ever return in this manner, ill definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel offers good value for the price paid. The location is in a large shopping area and not far from the airport, making it convenient for travelers. Rooms are pleasant and feature spacious bathtubs. While the breakfast options arent particularly varied, they are nonetheless delicious.

All is well. No complaints. If im being honest, it was better than i had anticipated. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of overall quality. Its a nice addition to have free parking. With several alternatives to shopping and dining nearby, the location is excellent. Ill add it to my list of preferred hotels for short stays in madrid.
