The pool I guess wasn’t as low as it could be, so it was only a foot deep or so. That was disappointing. And we had our washer machine leaked a lot of water onto our floor. They did fix the washer machine

Upon arrival, check-in was easy and quick. The 2-bedroom suite we stayed in was perfectly sized, and the patio/balcony with the outdoor tub was enjoyable, especially given the extreme temperatures during those days. It was a little difficult to communicate with the receptionist once in our room via the suite's phone. We just went downstairs and were accommodated quickly. Breakfast had a decent collection, and ordering the free extras was a nice touch (something we did not know on our first morning there until the waitress told us after we had already eaten, but not a big deal). The next morning we asked for sunny-side-up eggs and bacon, and all was well and good. Coffee machine 10/10. Bed was comfortable, as was the shower, etc. Very good location with a ton of food options whether you walk left or right, including a ton of pharmacies and a mini quicky-mart. I'd def stay there again and recommend it. We never ate at the rooftop bar, but it seemed nice.

Tavsiye ederim.

This hotel felt very elevated and luxurious. We enjoyed the pool overlooking the city. The location was amazing, close to all tour buses and easy access to taxi and other transportation. I would stay here again.

My family and I stayed at SmartRental Madrid for 5 days. It was an excellent experience. The staff was very helpful and courteous. There were 8 of us in all staying in 3 separate rooms. They remembered us at breakfast and the 3 rooms we were in when we ate breakfast together. When I asked the staff for a key to visit my parents and special needs brother in a different room, they did not hesitate to give me a key. I was able to check in on my parents and brother, or help out as needed.
