Rummen helt ok. Dock väldigt lyhört. Tyvärr är det vandrarhems känsla. Lite "White trash" Ingen fysisk personal på plats. De gemensamma köket var väldigt smutsigt. Fullt med disk som var odiskad. Ingen diskmedel fanns i köket...

Ok beds, parking right outside. The challenge is the smell of smoke, it’s very intense and it’s in all the rooms. The fridge and the kitchen is dirty. When I was going to make my breakfast the next day, I found my food stolen from the fridge. This is not the places fault, but it’s sums up my stay in this place.

The property had trash all over the front and back yard. The kitchen wasn’t really clean. The room was alright.

The hotel was overbooked and our rooms were already gone when we arrived. The owner lied and said he woukd sort it all out with Expedia to get us new rooms. An hour later I called Expedia myself and was told they had not heard from the owner. So I spent 90 minutes on the phone with them and was directed to a new location in Copenhagen, Denmatk, almost an hour away. I would never book a room at this place again as they obviously overbook on purpose. The new place was better. We are currently awaiting a refund for the crossing of the bridge and the parking. If we get that refund I will be happy with Expedia.

Where to start such a bad stay?? First of all, the property didn't send any access code although their message said they would send 24 hours before check-in. No phone number provided either - by Expedia or the property. The property is too far from city centre and suitable for long stay only. Although room was okay, we couldn't sleep the only night we booked for, because some residents started partying at midnight and continued until 7 am in the morning!! (even though the property lists 11 pm to 8 am as quiet hours). The access code our door didn't work as battery was low and the manager had no key - so one of us had to stay in the room all the time to prevent it from locking. Avoid for short stays at all cost!

Bedrägeri, fanns inget rum då samarbete med Hotels.com upphört. Hotels vill ej betala tillbaka pengarna då boendet ej svarar.

Our stay got cancelled 5 minutes after check-in due to an electric fault with the property. We had to scramble to find another lodging after traveling from far away the whole day.
