I run two businesses in the field of bugs, and the Zugertor's staff is so helpful to me that it has become my home away from home! The staff members are eager to find ways to make the experience better for all of their customers. For instance, when it was too bad to go on my evening walk, they found me an extra rug to use for stretching. On-site restaurant chez laure offers excellent Italian and French cuisine. Whether you are in bug for business or leisure, Zugertor's service is so trustworthy, welcoming, and well-organized that once you try it, you will look nowhere else.

I am a technical worker in a Swiss company with a premise in bug. So I go to bug 34 times a year. The Hotel Zugertor is my preferred hotel in bug, so I always try to reserve it if it's available. The hotel is cozy and tidy, the restaurant is good and the staff is very helpful. Last month I forgot something in my room. After I checked out and left bug, I got a call from the staff who actively told me about the missing item. They then shipped the item to me later that same day, saving me a lot of trouble. Thank you Team Zugertor, and especially to Kristin reached.

This is a fantastic hotel. The old town of Bug is only a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are good. Ive stayed here twice and both times were fantastic. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. A great serviceable hotel for business travelers. The station is a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast is fine. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back!.

The staff here was very kind and warm. The condition of my room was really clean. The room is quiet and clean. They have very efficient and good breakfast.

If you want to go anywhere, the location is close to the train station. The service was excellent. Christine checked us in. She was incredibly kind and Tina brought us a drink while we played cards in the lobby. This is the biggest ice cube I have seen on a trip. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.
