The staff is also friendly and clean. The food is good. In general, it was my first time staying at a hi hostel, but after having stayed at other independent hostels, the lack of atmosphere and staff and extra fees for anything outside would keep me from staying here in the future. Went during the offseason and the atmosphere was dead. I only saw a few other visitors and felt that everyone just used it as a place to sleep. Reception was also very slow, it took 25 minutes to check in even though I was only in line. If you need help traveling planning, its pretty much on your own. Staff also werent ready to check out at the prescribed time. Buses are required from the city, but are fairly convenient and takes 1015 minutes to get to the train station. Free bus pass is useful. The bathroom was clean but I only saw 1 showerbathroom for each gender on each floor. It wasnt a problem for me because it was quiet when I was there. Other things to consider lockers are available both inside and outside of the rooms, but all come with an additional fee using towels. Bed plugs are also available on the top of bunk but they are upside down so your charger can easily come loosefall out. Free wifi is only available in common areas on the other hand.

The front desk staff is very welcoming, and you can feel really at ease right away. A genuine smile and willingness to help. As soon as you enter the room, you will. We notice that there is no wifi, and when we asked the receptionist, they blame the thick walls! I highly recommend finding a company that can handle this, as all your guests require internet connections. Particularly in Switzerland, where roaming is prohibited, and because you are outside of the European Union. The food also needs to be touched up and improved. You could at least offer a decent selection if you guys provide breakfast at a reasonable price. No fruits, eggs, and no refills. I have to always ask for them. I'm not sure if the gentleman who serves dinner, whether it's an electrician or a gardener. Don't reserve dinner for yourself, it's bland. Otherwise, very clean. I won't return there.
