My room was superb! Clean, bright, spacious and my patio has a zen covered love seat that overlooked the pool, with a privacy hedge… literally steps away. I went for swims every morning in the infinity pool. Refreshing & serene. The breakfast was bounteous! Tropical fruit, salad greens and fresh vegetables; eggs cooked to perfection with tasty sides; rice and variety of curries, meats, mushrooms, veggies; pastries, yogurt, cereal, dried fruit and local desserts; so many kinds of coffees. A Truly a perfect feast to start a perfect day in paradise! All catered by warm, cheerful, accommodating staff - I felt like we were a tender family!

This is my sort of hotel! We arrived before check in time and were offered use of the facilities until our room was ready, gym, pool, showers, restaurant... When we checked in, our luggage was already in the room. Our Penthouse room view was stunning and room facilities excellent, clean and smelling lovely. The hotel restaurant/bar serving tasty food all day and breakfast was great, with a wide choice of eggs, including Benedict and avocado poached. The shuttle bus worked on demand, and we didn't have to wait long for a lift down the hill. The pool area was really nice and clean, towels provided and loungers/sofas available. The hillside location was perfect, quiet and close to nature. Ruby and staff are so friendly and helpful. We hired a scooter from the hotel, which worked well. Airport transfers arranged at a reasonable price. Overall, a great hotel, highly recommended and we would like to return.

Sehr gepflegte und schöne Anlage um einfach mal abzuschalten. Hervorragender Service, Freundlicher Empfang und auch ein Fahrdienst in den Ort zum Supermarkt oder zum Strand steht kostenfrei auf Abruf zur Verfügung. Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal, hier vorrangig Lay zu erwähnen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Auswahl des zur Verfügung stehendem Frühstück. Hier dürfte die a la Carte Auswahl etwas umfangreicher gestaltet sein. Qualitativ aber ist zu erwähnen das das gebotene Frühstück, die optional zu erwerbenden Snacks oder die Abendkarte sehr leckere und frische Produkte bieten.

This is a beautifully designed hotel...modern architecture, beautiful plants and small gardens/pools integrated to make up the indoor-outdoor feel of the place. Horizon swimming pools and amazing views to the sea and islands beyond add to a great experience. Staff were wonderful, even by 5* hotel standards. Its a very boutique hotel. Only one very minor issue...booked a "penthouse" room...but it was not the top floor as the name would suggest. Wth though...the stay was brilliant.

I love that this property fixed an issue that Expedia could not... and that they put the customer first! I should have booked directly with the hotel. I highly recommend this property. Fabulous staff from check in to transportation to the ferry. Only one thing I would improve from a cleanliness standpoint... please stop putting decor pillows on the bed, they get thrown on the floor or elsewhere and then put on the pillows we rest our heads, which is not clean. Many hotels are removing decor pillows for this reason. And it saves the hotel money. Otherwise, I loved this property!

We’ve just had a fantastic 12 night stay at the CODE Samui hotel. The hotel itself was great with a spacious 1 bedroom room overlooking the infinity pool with views of the sea. The room was well equipped with kitchen including fridge/freezer, excellent air conditioning, tv with loads of international channels, separate sitting area with large sofa, a bathroom with rain fall shower and a big balcony with seats. As we were there to visit our son who is travelling, the hotel accommodated an additional bed for only 10000baht per day (~£25/day) so he could stay with us. The restaurant was reasonably priced compared to outside restaurants but when we wanted to venture out, the hotel offered a free shuttle to the road at the beach (as the hotel is up a hill) which was no more than 10 mins wait. The infinity pool was great and the fitness area was superb with gym, plunge pool, sauna & steam room. The one thing that makes a great hotel excellent is the people and all the staff (housekeepers, waiters/waitresses, reception etc) clearly take pride in their jobs and it made our guest experience even better. Special mention to Lay, Da, Som and Ben who looked after us every day from breakfast through to dinner. We’ll definitely be coming back to Koh Samui and the CODE hotel. We spent 6 wonderful days at the Code Samui Hotel and loved every minute of it. The rooms were lovely and clean and the location was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was really lovely and varied, catering for every taste but the best thing was the friendliness and excellent service from the staff. A thank you to Lay and Dada for looking after us so well and a special thank you to Benz who was the lovliest person and made us feel so welcome every time we ate at the restaurant. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a peaceful holiday but still has easy access to the beachfront with regular shuttles between the hotel and beach. All in all a great hotel with fabulous staff.
