I originally reserved 2 days, but i ended up staying another 21! Mr. Dai and his wife will always quickly resolve any issues you may have. The reviews here are accurate. We stayed here in september and couldnt have been happier. The view from the room, which overlooked the sea, was beautiful. Very helpful and friendly staff. There was daily cleaning and the accommodation had everything you needed. Price is very good for what you get and location is good (kata beach literally across the road). The owner, mr. Da, is quite friendly. You can surf on the sea in 5 minutes on foot. Additionally, there is a convenience store that has declined due to the impact of covid. The da rock restaurant, which opened last year, falls just below. Remember to give 2 B each to two thai aunts who always clean the room without leaving trash. During my most recent fourday stay at da bungalow, i had a wonderful time. Your establishment gave me semblance of warmth and friendliness. The location proved to be ideal, being conveniently close to shops, making it simple for me to get to anything ive needed during my visit. This added incredibly to my overall positive impression, as did my sense of security. Daily housekeeping was impeccable, creating dependable, clean, and comfortable surroundings. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful addition of complimentary water and stocked coffees and teas in the room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. This place is a great choice for those seeking secluded accommodation with sweeping views of the sea! The rooms are spacious and most places offer incredibly private terraces with comfortable chairs that provide ambiance and vistas. While there may be some issues with the bathrooms, overall it wasnt causing any inconvenience. The distance to the beach is only 5 minutes, while kata noi, which is nicer and cleaner, is 15 minutes away.4.6/53 Feb 2023

This place offers excellent value for the money! The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with excellent air conditioning! Although it is up a short driveway, you may feel isolated from the street, but its not requiring stepping up the hill. Its conveniently located near the town and beach. I will return to mr. Da and his bungalow. The owner and staff are very kind, the room is very clean, nice, beautiful with a view of the sea and full convenient options. They also have tasty restaurant with many delicious dishes. We had originally intended to stay for five nights, but since the hotel and its location were dreamlike, we decided to extend our stay. We were able to choose the room we wanted to remain in ourselves, and we ended up with a sizable room with an ocean view. The proprietor was always available for chatting. And both the owner and the employees were always willing to assist. Everything was really simple, from the booking procedure to the spontaneous extension of the space. Da bungalows is located right next to the beautiful kata beach. I spent ten days on the beaches of pulauwatu, changing hotels several times to explore. Very friendly staff. Good room with a good size. Since i lived facing the road, there was some noise on my veranda, but ive been informed about this in advance. Extremely flexible checkin and checkout. Thai and indian cuisine were served at the da bungalow restaurant at very reasonable prices. Excellent service from the girls in the restaurant. The wifi is reliable.4.2/512 Dec 2023

The staff named mr. Dai and smt. dai are very friendly and will tell you funny stories and give you great recommendations downstairs if you lucky enough to have some wine or whiskey, choose your adventure. I stayed here for one week with the sandbox program, and the room is very comfortable! Every day clean up and they gave me water, which is so nice! Im happy to have spent my quarantine here. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly, i can recommend staying here, with or without a tand box, this place is quiet, close to the beach and many restaurants nearby. I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay in kata. The rooms were clean and had everything i needed. A kettle, dishes, crockery, beach towels, balcony with great sea views, and clothing rack for the wet stuff. Mr. Da was pleasant to talk to, with lots of stories and recommendations. This place was wonderful. We just got back from a rescue trip after making reserving here. My previous hotel was quite disappointing, it was noisy and lacked water, but this one was the exact opposite. When we arrived, the staff member was friendly and provided directions to our next destination. It was lovely to sit on the balcony at night and watch beach fireworks.
