I stayed in hat yai for 6 days while waiting for a friend to come to me. I work while traveling so having comfortable accommodations and reliable internet is very helpful. The rooms are comfortable but very well thought out and the bed very comfortable and the linens are clean and comfortable. There is a desk in a basic but very functional condition and i can easily connect my laptop to the tv in the room for a second display while i work. The hotel is in a very nice location with lots of food options nearby and a safe area a lot of young adults visit this area and not rowdy people. The staff were very accommodating and allowed me to check out late until my next hotel was available. I have stayed at 3 different hotels in hat yai and this one was my favorite.

The hotel is brand new and clean, situated on a quiet street but within walking distance of the lee garden area and many restaurants around it. There is a tea and coffee making area in the lobby and serves some biscuits and bread. I will be back next time.

The service is excellent, and the prepared amenities are considerate. Although i didnt request room service, they will still pack up new towels, water bottles, toilet paper, and plastic, and place them in front of my room door every day.

I would definitely return to this hotel, highly recommended! We stayed one night here on our way to koh li, and i have to say it was one of the best hotels we stayed in, big, spacious, new, clean rooms, elevator, friendly staff, free coffee snacks, bread with butter and jam, there is also a food court 2 minutes walk away, and the food there is really cheap and delicious.

This place is highly recommended by all of our friends and family who intend to visit hatyai. We appreciate the experience. Extremely good value. The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is very good, close to kim yong market, lee garden and many restaurants. Snack bar is also a big plus because it keeps our toddler entertained! We lost a soft toy in the hotel and only realized it after we left the country. I contacted the staff and they were very helpful. They helped arrange for the soft toy to be sent back to us. Bravo to the team!.

The service was excellent! We reserved a room with a doubledeck bunk bed and a queensize bed. The room is cozy and tidy. The toilet doors are unlocked, though. Even though we didnt ask for them, the hotel staff was gracious enough to give us fresh towels and drinking water the following day.

Kim yong market is just a short stroll away. Lee garden is the location, but its ideal because there are lots of eateries, a 7eleven, and other stores nearby. They have a 4car parking lot, but you can park securely by the roadside.

Akomodasi terletak di lokasi yang sangat bagus. Ada banyak toko makanan di sekitar. Saya memesan dua kamar. Kamar untuk 3 orang sedikit lebih besar dari kamar untuk 2 orang, tidak nyaman. Ada teh dan kopi di lobi 24 jam sehari. Ada tempat parkir untuk sekitar lima mobil, tapi saya suka memiliki mobil, sulit untuk parkir. Ada lift yang cocok untuk lansia. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah colokan shower di kamar mandi terlalu tinggi sehingga sulit untuk mandi.

The best budget hotel in hatyai! You can totally trust me! Good location with 2 stalls 7 eleven and a 24 hour halal beef noodles restaurant within walking distance. Also halal fried chicken stall. Walking distance to the market! We will definitely be back! Oh yeah, also the hotel offers free coffee, tea, choc drink, mineral water, toast with jam or butter spread and snacks near the reception, chill area! We paid 24$sgd per night! So worth the stay!.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience here, and i will definitely return! One of the best hotels ive ever visited! Despite not being in lee garden, it is still accessible by foot, it takes less than ten minutes to get there! Additionally, there are two 7-11s close by! We were extremely grateful to the receptionist, on the day before our trip back to malaysia, we requested car, teksi, and van recommendations for padang besar. They assisted us in making reservations and we forgot about the time difference when we mentioned the incorrect pickup time and we only realized it at one in the morning. We called the receptionist right away, and fortunately, they were able to assist us in changing the time. We were incredibly grateful to the hotel and the driver! I couldnt have asked for more, if i could, i would give them more than 5 stars! The room is cozy to stay, and we initially put the do not disturb tag on it, but they still provide us clean towels and water in a bag and hang them on our door, i didnt anticipate that!.
