In general, the room was very bad but the service here was very good. I didn't think this hotel has a really good facility at all. This was my first time staying in this hotel after trying several other hotel options in the city. The food was OK and the quality was good. But I will say the service here was top notch even though I did not expect anything at all. It's bad because they didn't serve a well-run restaurant.

I've had the best staycation in Bangkok at the Oriental Residence. I experienced the convenience and convenience that most visitors would want. I'm eager to return and have the best staycation ever. As my colleagues are eager to go to Bangkok and try to check into the Oriental Residence, I'll suggest it. Additionally, I'll also appreciate Ian's admirable and remarkable treatment of us visitors. As a hotel employee, he is awestruck by how considerate and useful he is. I adore my staycation at the Oriental Residence and anticipate a great and relaxing staycation there once more.

Besides that, the location is close to the world famous temples and river. Plus, the service was nice and attentive. And then, the breakfast was really excellent and varied. After that, the concierge was very helpful in planning memorable occasions such as a visit to the floating and night markets, a Thai massage, a long boat tour, restaurant recommendations, reservations, and transportation arrangements. Subsequently, the room was huge and had a great layout, with an incredible view of the park of the us, Dutch embassies, and the bangkok skyline.

The hotel is opulent, with stunning interior design, a room that is huge and totally white. We enjoy the outline of our room even if we have a junior suite. And I want to thank all of the staff, especially my. Ian for the detailed information and recommendations. Gigi for always smiling and greeting us whenever we get home at night. Pool bar staff for the delicious drinks. Will definitely come back!... The hotel is luxurious and has amazing interior design, the room is spacious and all white. We also like the shape of our room even if it has a junior suite. And we would like to thank the entire staff, especially my. Ian for the detailed information and recommendations.
