The staff here was so accommodating and kind. The beach area and restaurants were also excellent. After that, the pool villa was very cool. Subsequently, they have a terrace and a spacious bedroom. The final one, with a kitchen and bath, is a living room kitchen and another complete bath.

Ive been to Pilaudra many times before and have had enjoyable experiences. Despite all the challenges faced by couid and the economic downturn, the latest visit was no exception. First of all, the familiar faces, like Ying, ambush, mai, and lai, provided excellent service. However, I also want to emphasize the unsung heroes, who began with the airport receptionists, the drivers, and the sailors. We were welcomed at the resort with the usual smiles and welcome drinks of lemongrass, which were cold enough to drink for people who had traveled a fair distance. In addition, the buggy drivers were polite and cheerful throughout the route, making your jump in and out of the buggy simple. Last but not least, the various receptionists were very useful in answering questions my family made regarding connecting flights from several airlines, baggage checkthrough, and others, which were clearly outside their areas of responsibility. Not only did they take the time to listen attentively to the questions given, but also their response time and answers were accurate. In fact, I was quite pleasantly surprised that poon, the frontline receptionist, actually took the time to contact her contacts who worked at the airport to assist me in finding a solution. Before I forgot, I was quite impressed by the English quality of all the staff there, especially those with frontline responsibility. I once encountered a staff member

We had a great time getting to our favorite place after a long vacation. We were a little concerned after reading a review from a regular guest who claimed that the service just wasn't as it used to be. Yes, I must admit we were upset that we weren't brought to the resort by the jetty, but it was due to low tide and not service. We are staying in the hillside villa with the private pool 602 and it is just perfect. We got our room before midnight even though check-in is rp. Smooth, great, no language issues or anything lacked. Everything works as before and everything is top notch. We will definitely return because Pimalai remains in my heart.

The best place we stayed during our three week trip to Thailand. Beautiful rooms, a perfect beach, good restaurants, and incredibly kind and helpful staff. There is a small town down the beach with a few bars and restaurants if you want to explore. A really memorable stay, we'll surely come back!

For guests staying at Deluxe / BayFront/ Pavilion Suite one & two bedrooms), please dine at the Spice'N Rice restaurant.
For guests staying at Beachside Villas one / two & three bedrooms & Hillside Villas one / two & three bedrooms), please dine at the Seven Seas restaurant. (valid until 2027-12-31) Please note that reservations made from 1 May 2014 onwards are inclusive of complimentary round-trip transfer from Krabi Airport to the resort. Guests are required to provide travel details at the time of booking. The hotel highly recommends guests to arrange for the flights to arrive at Krabi Airport in the morning or early afternoon. It takes approximately 2 hours to arrive at the resort with a car follow by the resort's boat, all of which are exclusively for guests. This service is applicable only on the guests' check-in and check-out dates only.
Please note that the availability and timeliness of the boat service is subject to the weather/ sea conditions. In case of adverse weather/ sea conditions, the resort will arrange for guests to be transferred to the resort by public ferries and additional ground transportation. The transfer may then take 30 minutes longer.
Please be informed that due to safety reasons, the boat shuttle service is not available between 18:00-06:00. After 18.00, the transfer can be done using public ferries. These ferries normally stop regular service at 22:00. For a later arrival, please kindly contact the resort directly.

Departing from the resort, the same arrival route is used. However, the resort allocates extra travelling time to ensure that guests arrive at the airport on time. (valid until 2027-12-31)
